      Francisco A. from Thompson Creek did a wonderful and complete job on replacing and repairing our windows. He was professional and took his time making sure that all 17 windows were performing correctly. He is a true professional.

      I had Thompson Creek replace the windows in my home and they did a very good job. Several months later, I had them replace my front door. The first time they replaced the door, the new door was damaged and had to be replaced. The second door was damaged and had to be replaced. The third door was correct and installed. My husband signed off on the job completion form. Later, I noticed that the caulking around the inside door frame was damaged and needed to be replaced. I called the Quality Assurance (QA) person and sent pictures of the damages. He promised to have the matter taken care of. When the Project Manager (PM) called requesting payment. I told her that I wanted Thompson Creek to fix the damage to the caulking before I pay them their balance. She informed me that I had to pay them since the job completion form had no complaints and the balance is due after the job. I gave her the name of the person from QA who was aware of the caulking problem which had not been fixed to date. She also spoke with my husband and was adamant about us paying our balance. She said she would have to address the caulking issue after she spoke with the QA person. She threatened to refer us to a collection agency. I called the QA person after I hung up with the Project Manager since she was also going to call him. The QA person revealed that he had not notified the PM of the caulking issue and ask that I resend him the information which I did. Since it was a Saturday, I asked that the PM call me Monday regarding the payment. The issue is not resolved to date, but I plan to pay my balance and do no further business with this company. Hopefully, as promised they will re-calk the door frame. I am disappointed that although I purchased windows from them, and never complained when it took them three times to install the new door, they are holding me accountable for paying for an incomplete job since they damaged the caulking putting in the third door and it remains damage to date.

      The team that installed our windows was comprised of two gentlemen who knew what they were doing and proceeded to do so in a professional and courteous manner. The windows look nice, and the overall quality of the product is obvious. We can feel the difference in the quality of room temperature as well as the fact that there is no air seepage coming from the windows. We were a bit surprised by the total price of the install but can now see that quality trumps price every time in the long run. We certainly expect to remain in our home until the "rapture" so we're in it for the long run.

      They were prompt; professional HOWEVER, they didn't complete the job. I had to wait one month for them to come out and then, I was told they couldn't do what I asked. The original order specified for a shower bar to be installed to a renovated bathtub conversion. After I had my stroke, they told me that it wasn't advisable to install a shower door.

      Long story short; I paid for a shower bar as part of the specifications. They did not put it in. I asked for a credit/refund for the shower bar but have not heard from Thompson Creek.

      Thompson Creek installed a new shower in my bathroom. The installers were courteous and professional and did an excellent job. It was the second job Thompson Creek had done for me; several years ago, they also installed a maintenance-free gutter system on my house, and I was highly pleased with the results.

      We've had several big projects done on our house. The companies have been professional, quick to respond and honest up front with what they could and couldn't do. They provided written estimates and warranties. Payment methods were clearly stated. Thompson Creek was not like them. It takes them weeks to respond to concerns and most of the time I had to call and wait. They say they will call or email the next day and never do. We contracted for windows, sliding doors and a storm door. We stood next to the door with a retractable screen with the estimator on that hot Aug day and told him we needed one just like it. On installation day the door installed looked like it but had a removable screen and glass. Installer called the office to inform them that day and I called the next day also. We were told 80% of installation would be outside. 80% was done inside. Told a proj mgr would come by to check work and take payment. He never came. Three windows were loose and one popped open and wouldn't close the next day. Installers were vetted and background checked. They stole my credit card number and made 4 fraudulent purchases that evening. Notified TC and police and never informed the outcome. Eleven days after installation, wrong storm door leaked in rain splashing and puddling on front door area. 17 days later, man came by and caulked the door and said they didn't have the door we wanted at contract signing but they had it now - 3 months later. I asked for a refund (29 days after install). Answer is NO, it was our fault for ordering wrong door. I went through their chain of command to ask for help. Last answer was they will see if they can give us a discount on door we wanted. Thought we'd hear them out. That was 3 weeks ago and no answer to my email. Their Buyers Protection Guarantee on their website worthless in our case.

      I am frustrated with the poor customer service we are receiving from Thompson’s Creek. They installed a slider door that has residue between the glass (this is after I took off work twice to support an install they cancelled at last minute). I have called, emailed and texted different POCs only to receive no call backs. Once this matter is resolved, I will be taking my future window needs elsewhere. I have invested way too much money in this company to be treated this poorly.

      We're very happy our new front-entry door! Top-notch, first-rate. Only one relatively minor issue but Donny, our project coordinator, "bent over backwards" to resolve the issue to our complete satisfaction. Kudos!

      I love my new shower. It was done in one day, and although there were a few fixes that needed to be made, the follow-up was seamless. Beautiful job!

      Thompson Creek replaced my gutters with gutter guards. The administration, project management and construction staff all showed excellent customer support. I received a phone call and emails with documents and invoices in a timely manner. This made the process smooth and stress free. I enjoyed the entire process. Thank you Thompson Creek.
