They need to call off their Attorney Darryl ** ******** I paid what I was told I owed from a $1,200 check in the mail, and later was offered $500, Silly me excepted it! Worst thing ever! I thought Consolidation with NDR was a good idea in a very hard time of my life! Worst again! That turned into $6,652.41, I took back the last 3 debts I had on there, and one of them was Mariner Finance! I called to make a payment arrangement with their Attorney ***, and did, for nearly 3 years I paid on time, before time, and more than was stated! I called for the paid in full letter, got it and ***, says I owe more due to interest! That was not explained to me! I paid Balance Due, I think in another case he scammed 2 people and now knows what to put under the breakdown? I'm seeking Legal Council, News Media, anyone that will listen, because it's harassment at this point! And the last money order that says, zero balance, he sent it back, in order to say, I'm not paid in full. I'm Praying for a resolve! Peacefully!Mariner Finance, LLC

2 starsI had used this company previously so on the app on my phone, I applied for alone. It was accepted and they said they would have somebody call me the next day. The girl on the phone named Catherine told me that it was approved and she just needed to finalize some information. So I sent it over and it was just as I had told her over the phone and they accused me of lying and they were trying to gaslight me into making me think I couldn’t get a loan because my income wasn’t what I said it was. they flat out lied I was told by several people I was approved. This is misrepresentation and I’m worried they have all my personal information which they had previously. They gave me a very difficult time. I am not pleased at all and I plan on taking this to the corporate office . I would not recommend this company at all. It seems very shady to me. Not to mention I have made all of my payments on time and not missed one nor has One been late.Review fromJodi E

Mariner Finance made two unauthorized withdrawals from our bank account before I caught it. . We do not have an account with them and have never done business with them. I looked them up and called the phone number. They twice in one day to get information. On the first call I was told they did not have my name ir my husband's name or address as customers. There is nothing they can do for me.
My husband went to our bank for help. Filled the required paperwork to resolve the issue on there end. They established that the withdrawls orinated with Mariner.
I called Mariner again to file a compliant or do something to make sure they will have a record of this. The told me they don't have anyplace for there to make a record of this since I don't have an account. They have no security department I can talk too.Mariner Finance, LLC

We signed a deal with Mariner Finance on a net/360.. Mariner finance disregarded the contract and started charging interested from the first payment. I've called, emailed and called with no reply. This company is misleading and has zero respect for their own contracts. I'd petition this company be shut down for knowingly and willingly misleading their patrons.Mariner Finance, LLC

Worst lender I have ever worked with. Wish I would of researched other reviews. I used ****** ***** to "help" which I'm finding out was my first mistake. Called to tell them I was having trouble with my payment & needed extra time to make it & was told they could try to refinance me without another hit on my credit. That was their first lie. I not able to refinance the loan & she then informed me that she could not help me with extra time for my payment, when I tried to make my payment only a week late I was locked out of my online portable & made to speak with the corporate office. I made payment they unlocked my account. I was then locked out again because I was behind & they wanted 2 payments at once. I called corporate once more got the account unlocked. After the third time of having my account locked by the manager of the local office I stopped contacting corporate which stopped me from paying my payment. I tried multiple times to contact said office after receiving a court notice to pay and there was no response. Sent to a collection lawyer and tried to make rearrangements with them & was told they would have to get in touch with the local office. After calling multiple times to find out the results of the payment arrangement & being told they had no response as well. I get pulled into garnishment court & I ask how to start making payments that day & was told to reach out to the lawyer to do that. Within days they are granted full garnishment on a check that takes care of a single mother with 2 children (one being placed with her by DCS) & she gets no help. I didn't not disagree that I owed the bill, I just wanted someone to communicate with me & let me make payment arrangementsMariner Finance, LLC

Never got to deal with them. They sent the check in the mail and all I had to do is cash it to set up the loan, I tried to call several times to ask a few more questions about the loan and said they were open until 5:30 said to leave a message. But never gave the option to leave the message. Called all day, didn't matter what option I pressed, even to make a payment, never got anywhere. I can't imagine not answering if you are a loan company. So glad I did not follow up and deposit the check. After reading the reviews.Mariner Finance, LLC
