Very poor service. I have had 3 surgeries and almost passed away twice from sepsis and my account which was 2 years interest free was taken away because we missed a few payments that were paid but late. I dont have anyone to help me with payments and am in a wheel chair. The manager ( Cant remember his name ) was rude to me and did not care about my personal health. His words "Thats not my problem" WOW No sympathy for someone. All my other vendors have helped me out. Once i got back home and was able to get my finanaces in order i wanted to pay off the account 8k balance roughly and they said it was 2k more because they took away my 2 years which then became one year interest free and revoked it and didnt care at all. If i wasnt in a wheel chair i would sue them but it is hard for me to live life this way as is but they dont care. SadMariner Finance, LLC

I have had one 6 loans with mariners and all my interest rates are still extremely high with our without bad credit. The branch location do not return my phone call and never do return calls. They have very sorry workers at my location and they need to shut it down or let you choose where you would like to loan from.Mariner Finance, LLC

For everyone who has ever signed up with this entity, seek legal representation. This particular group relies on the ability to secure some kind of asset and has thorough knowledge of US Federal Code as well as the State code of the 27 states they operate in. Within the language of their contracts, it’s designed for the highest percentage in their favor and every single contract they acquire, the highest dollar amount they can obtain for each, then applied to issuing notes annually in hundreds of millions of dollars to be bought. This allows the company to keep operating, because they take an annual gross loss in expenditures. They make up for it by an annual note issuance to be bought by outside parties to continue operations.
At the beginning of 2023, certain key people within this group applied the money they made from a 2022 bond issuance and bought into a $16 billion private equity firm’s new fund. They do this every year. That is what they are doing with your money, the percentages earned from issuing those checks in the mail along with the loans with collateral. They use the existing laws in their favor because they rely on generating percentages on each loan they issue. It's an inverse form of racketeering to profit from the maximum amount they can collect legally, applied toward investing in high tier investments for continued operation.
Do not take out any kind of loan through this group. Get an attorney, file a complaint with your state’s AG. File with the BBB. Report them to the FBI and Homeland Security. This group has invested into its global LLC parent company to secure revenue at the ordinary citizen’s income.
Deny them any more revenue to invest with in the future. Above all else, do not give them any personal information or means to acquire your friends and family. They have a documented history of getting any kind of personal information they can over the last eighteen years when the first complaint against them was filed back in 2005.Mariner Finance, LLC

So I had a title loan. Gave Mariner my title. Paid off my loan quickly. Now they send me the title back and tell me I have to pay for the title transfer after paying off the loan. These people are crooks and I hope they get everything they deserve. DO NOT ASSOCIATE YOURSELVES WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!Mariner Finance, LLC

Took out a loan told had to use my car as way get loan. I pay pmt but late so pay late fee they wanting say I'm several months behind and if don't Pay a pmt by Friday at 10 am. Taking my car won't work with me when told situation was in its like could care less. I took out a loan with Mariner in order to help bail out a family member from jail - it was a have-to kind of thing. All was going well with paying it back until I was sick, missed work and missed a payment. They have been calling non-stop all times of the day or night, every day even weekends. I have been making payments since missing the one payment but they now act like I am not paying it at all. I never receive any statements showing how much I still owe. This is a very unprofessional company and I would not recommend ever taking out a loan with them. Their collection tactics are borderline harassments.Mariner Finance, LLC
