      I ordered a set of brake drums and brake shoes for a 1992 toyota pickup.They sent the wrong parts.They said to ship it back,but the cost to ship back cost 1 and a half times what I paid for it.What a scam.Never order from this company.NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

      Well, here it is 11/17/2024 and STILL the REFUSE to refund me for the shocks that THEY made me pay to send back ($40 charge). They say it's my banks job to get the money back, but my bank told me that they REFUSE to send it back because I put a block on payment to them UNTIL I got the product (because of their reviews of ripping people off- which they did to me). So now I have to have my bank take legal actions (hopefully they cost this business 10X the amount of the shocks, if not 1000X +)

      I placed an order with them on 5/31/2024 with an estimated delivery date of 6/6/2024 and today is 6/17/2024 and the order still hasn’t shipped and no one from customer service will talk to me about my order. They’ve been telling me to message them online and they will respond with an email and have yet to do so after me sending multiple messages

      This company (Autobuffy) sent me the wrong parts and now are playing email games and not answering their phone. Screwed me out of almost $300 dollars and will not give me a return label so I can get a refund on these parts that I didn't order in the first place. If anybody can help I'll be much appreciated thank you.

      Had an issue were two out of the four parts sent were not factory sealed. Upon inspection of one of the parts it appeared to be used already. I started and email and left a voice mail. No return phone call, but got an email back from “Jane” and let the games begin! I wish I could attach the email thread here. Long in short we went in circles. I just wanted to return the parts that had an issue and get a replacement. That was too hard for “Jane” to understand. I am at a loss here. Terrible customer service and questionable business practices, ********** **********.

      On 1/9/24 I order a set of windshield wiper blades for my Infiniti QX30. I chose Autobuffy based on the expected delivery date (1/11) as I couldn't find the blades near me and I needed them immediately. They didn't arrived on 1/11, nor on 1/12, nor on 1/13. It's now 1/16, they still haven't arrived, and I've received no contact from Autobuffy whatsoever. No update of my order, no new delivery date, nothing. I've tried calling and my calls get routed to a voice mail that disconnects me. I've also send two emails with no response to either. These people are crooks. They've essentially taken my money, have not shipped the merchandise, and won't communicate with me. Fortunately, I made the purchase with my ******** ******* card. I will be calling them this evening, Amex will credit my account immediately, then pursue the matter with the merchant. I advise anyone to stay away from this company as it will rip you off. If I had come here before placing my order, I would have ordered the blades elsewhere. Unfortunately, I didn't come here first and I'm now posting a complaint that sounds infuriately similar to those posted before mine.

      O would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered parts. Didn't arrive. Had to chase them down 2 weeks in order for them to just tell me out of stock. But charged me. Waiting on refund. No customer service. Total scam.

      Amazon has stated that my part is under warranty but Auto Buffy is giving me the run-around and not agreeing to replace my part or give me a refund. I will never purchase another part from them after this fiasco.

      Please do not buy from this company, you will not receive your product. They don’t answer, emails, calls, return voicemails or even site options aren’t responsive.
