      I placed an order for 2 struts, swaybar links and rear shocks for my Nissan Murano. I did not receive the 2 shocks we had ordered. I called them up and was told I needed to send pictures of the box, and packing slip. The packing slip said they were shipped, but we did not receive them, and since the slip said they were in the box, they will not refund me the money for them. This is stealing, I have the receipt for shocks that we went and purchased elsewhere. I just want my money back.
      This should not receive 1 star.

      Nothing but a headache. I buy an alternator through Amazon from Auto Buffy. Package comes with no extra padding for part and now alternator plug is smashed. Since Amazon doesn't stock their items they send directly to customer. Got ahold of someone named das all I get is the refund will be there end of day. So I waited next day nothing following day nothing. I send another message. Literally tells me the same thing "end of day" . So I waited 3 days later I messaged again to yet again the same answer. So I write a bad review and now I get a message asking to change my review. Mind you I've still never received the refund. This place is a joke.

      Ordered a wester engine mount. They sent me some cheap version of what I ordered that didn't have a vacuum port. Then they made it very difficult to return to where I had to get **** to step in and fix the issue. They literally tried to get me to close the case on **** in their email. Looking at the pattern of negative reviews, it looks like they advertise name brand stuff (with name brand prices) but send you the cheapest stuff they can find that will fit. Bad business. Do not buy from them.
