      SCAMMERS. Not only will they take your money but they'll do anything they can to make it look like their blatant negligence is your fault. If you do order and you actually receive a package the parts will be broken used or the wrong part all together save your money for a company that's actually reputable.

      Received wrong parts, it's been 5 days after I sent return request still don't receive any answers. 7 days later they send me a address where I should send their product back, by the way I should do it on my own, they don't care that they sent me a wrong product......Also I will say those people completely don't respect their customers. Stay away from them..... They received their product back 4 days ago and no one send me any confirmation about my refund...

      Biggest mistake we ever made was to order from this company, they sent wrong parts and now won't send any information about the return policy. i have spoken to someone twice and both times the email was to be sent that day and we have not received anything what so ever. i will follow up with manufacture as to the misrepresentation of their product.

      These guys screw me up twice
      These guys screw me up twice . I ordered a very important & expensive part , after 4 days they emailed me and said they no longer have it in stock , OK I gave them a second chance and ordered a part which was $185 more expensive than on eBay , I ordered it back on July 5 and suppose to arrive on July 10. it didn't I called few times to get a status , The rep said I will get notified , no replies at all. I called again to cancel it , the rep said the part is already on it's way , I said ok great . Now I got an email from FedEx saying that the shipper requested to return the package back . Why ? No answer , I don't know . I would never deal with these guys . I would recommend you to shop on eBay , much faster and reliable than these dudes . I'm sure they won't stay in business for much longer. STAY AWAY FROM THEM .

      Auto Buffy is a Scam company. After receiving an empty box i tried to call to no avail. They only communicate via email. They pushed off the responsibility on USPS. After USPS denied the claim Auto Buffy refused to refund or replace the parts. I did some running around and research and found that there address on the packing slip did not exit. I know because i went to the address. Found it is a distribution center for ******. Never heard of Auto Buffy. Next o went to the the address on the shipping label which turns out to be ***** *********. After speaking with the manager at ***** ********* he provided me with the same fraudulent address and said that Auto Buff is a third party middle man. Bottom line the hare a shadow company and will not back up there products if they dont want to. You will have no recourse as they dont really exist. Also they claim to be a USA company and clearly they are foreign on ownership. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Fake Address listed 8700 Robert Fulton Dr. Columbia, Maryland Contact: Chetan ******

      This company is a scam read the reviews! They sell random parts they claim to fit. If you want to return they charge so much for shipping and handling its not worth returning. PayPal is no help eithier. I usually trust websites that offer PayPal checkout but this one was a scam.

      AutoBuffy is a scam ordered a strut and shock kit got 2 struts one shock absorber and got told get ****** basically appreciate the bad service never again

      This place is a scam! My husband ordered parts for his truck we have had the parts for a week or so and my husband decided to get rid of the truck before we put the parts on. We called to do a return and they want us to pay. It will cost $90 and I called back and asked for the address so I can look up shipping prices my self and she refused to give it to me. Won’t let me talk to higher management. Place seem very scammy. They will get your money one way or another!

      Purchased a front end suspension kit for my 2009 mercury mariner.
      They sent inner tie rods with a 14mm thread and outer tie rods with a 16mm thread.
      The parts sent in the "kit" are not compatible with each other.
      I Contacted their customer service and they didn't do anything for me....

      Horrible customer service. Never again. Tried to explain a situation as to why I am needing to exchange a part and the person refused to help. I requested to speak to the manager and her excuse was "the managers don't take calls". Informed me that I will receive an email within 2 days and I'm still waiting. Yet, I continue to get these stupid review request! I'm a senior manager in a company and if I am needed, I will pick up the phone to speak to a customer who is requesting help. Definably will post on all platforms my complaint.
