this business keeps checking my credit hurting my score. I have already disputed the accounts with this business I want the hits against my credit removed immediately. The original account has already cashed payments checks that they agree the account is paid in full as marked on the check. The consumer seems to be claiming an Accord and Satisfaction because he wrote the words "paid in full" on a partial payment he made to the provider. Simple writing the words "paid in full" on a check alone does not satisfy the requirements of an Accord and Satisfaction. Unilaterally mailing in a check would not be satisfactory. The account was originally placed with AmeriFinancial Solutions (AFS) on 6/22/2020 by the creditor/provider, EMERG PHYS OF CENTRAL FL LLP. At the time of placement, a validation letter was mailed to the consumer. The consumer failed to respond to that letter so on or about 8/29/2020 the account was reported to the credit bureaus. In response the consumer's BBB complaint documentation will be mailed to the consumer that should enable the consumer to understand the nature of the debt. I checked my credit report and noticed I had 1 allege collection from (AMERIFINANCIAL SOLUTION) was opened in (08/13/2021) balance is ($1241.00) with account numbers starting in (2783****) I do not recognize having any agreement with AMERIFINANCIAL SOLUTION and I am not liable for these accounts. This alleged debt is not mine I never entered into a signed agreement or completed an original contract with (AMERIFINANCIAL SOLUTION). These inaccurate collections are NOT MINE. I never provided any written consent or permissible purpose for this allege creditor (AMERIFINANCIAL SOLUTION) to report on my consumer report. I AM THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR and THE ONLY ONE who can extend credit or permission to report to my consumer report. This is a violation of U.S. Code 1681b permissible purposes of consumer reports.

On or about 5/6/2022 documentation was mailed to the consumer that would enable him to understand the nature of the debt. The documentation mailed to the consumer contained the name of the provider/creditor to whom the debt is owed, the treating physician, the facility where the services were rendered, the services rendered, the original charges, payments and adjustments and the balance due. The documentation shows the consumer's insurance was billed made adjustments and left the remaining balance as the insured's responsibility. If the consumer would like a complete copy of the record, he may request that from the facility where the services were rendered as the facility is the custodian of those records. AmeriFinancial Solutions contacted me through mail about a debt of the bill from a physician while I was hospitalized in April,2022. I agreed to make payments of $10/mthly. I have proofs of checks and though making payments this company is vicious and ignorant when contacting about the issues of flagging my credit scores. June,2022 check has been deposited and my credit scores been flagged. In July a check has been $10 for payment and my credit score has been flagged. I need help to stop this sucker for doing that. I called AFS that I am paying why they are doing that too I flagged my credit scores every month? That is not helping me but dropping my scores. They reply to me that they have to reported my payment every month to which I told them they are lying and it hurting me by doing that.

The account in question, XXXXXXXX, has a date of service of 7/11/2021. The placement date of the account was 10/25/2021 at which time a letter was mailed to the consumer on or about 10/27/2021. When the consumer failed to respond to that letter the account was reported to the credit bureau on 1/9/2022. On 4/25/2022, the consumer called AmeriFinancial Solutions (AFS) and made a payment over the phone in the amount of $25.00 and a payment plan was set in the amount of $25.00 per month. The consumer made two subsequent payments of $10.00 posted to the account on 6/24/2022 and 7/21/2022. The consumer called AFS on 7/18/2022 changed her payment arrangement to $10,00 per month and then called AFS on 7/27/2022 and changed her payment arrangement to $5.00 per month with the first $5.00 payment due 8/25/2022. As for the reporting of the account. AFS is not acting in a vicious or ignorant manner. As stated above the account was originally reported on 1/9/2022. Every time the consumer makes a payment on the account a report will be sent to the credit bureau to update the original amount reported to reflect the payment made. AFS is not flagging the consumer's credit score and has nothing to do with how the credit bureau calculates a credit score. AFS is not truthful for this account. I have never agree to pay $25 monthly only on that month. I have told them I will try to pay as much I can but as for today I will pay $25. I also paying other hospital bills that went to collections but none of my hem are aggressive and sending an update as AFS said. It is a flagged on my credit score and it keep dropping it. On July 16 & July 26 they flagged my credit score. I have proofs and and can send it to prove it. It says flagged and I wanted AFS to remove both flagging that is on my credit score. I called numerous times and they are vicious and ignorant about my payment which is been sent monthly. They also said I must send my payment three weeks before the payment date which it takes at least 7 days to enter in their system. Have never heard of a company like this. I need them o remove the flagging system h they put and causing a decrease in my credit score 2 times in a month.

As stated in our previous response when the consumer makes a payment a report is sent to the credit bureau to update the original amount reported to reflect the payment made. AFS is obligated to report a payment so that the account being reported is accurate. The consumer may want to contact Experian to inquire as to the statement Experian is making "AFS has flagged your account as collections 7/26/2022." AFS is reporting a payment, does not control how Experian interprets the reporting of that payment or how it effects the consumer's credit score.
