      I am a diamond elite member with choice and have received the worst customer service whenever in contact with the reservations over the phone . The hotel staff are good but not the phone representatives. They yell and argue with you. Beware purchase points. I purchase point on 4/29/24 for $123. Mind you this is not the first time I purchased points. Usually it would be automatically added to my account but I accidentally used my debit card and the first transaction failed. The second time it went through and received confirmation receipt ik my emails and money taken from my bank. Choice refused to add on my account. I called and explained am in need of a hotel was the point of my purchase, they were rude and kept transferring from agent to agent. Then I asked for a supervisor I have been in hold for over 30 minutes. This is unprofessional behavior and want thus investigated and my points added as purchased

      made an error booking at one of their hotels called and tried to get it fixed.... 0 help spent over half an hour on the phone with the hotel and was told that we needed to talk to choice directly. spent another hour on the phone with them for them to say there was nothing to be done just book again for the right night. (we need to move the booking 1 night) got an email from them asking for a positive review. Replied back that we were not happy. They said they wanted to fix it. Repeated the issue... Never heard back.

      I have a Choice Privileges ***** Fargo Credit Card. I was sent a post card in the mail from Choice and ***** Fargo stating that I hadn't used my card in awhile, and if I spent $100 by the end of the year, I would receive ***** Choice hotels points, enough for a free night. I completed the requirements, and, over 3 months later, I still had not received the points. I tried calling both Choice Hotels and ***** Fargo multiple times. I spent hours on the phone being transferred back and forth between the two companies, both continuing to blame the other and neither one taking responsibility for the promotion and neither one wanting to issue the promised points. It took me threatening to close my credit card for a Choice employee to finally award the points as a so called "exception" since he was unable to see in his system where my points were.

      Booked hotel stay at ************* in Center City ************ ************************************* on 3/11/2024 for 4/6/2024. When arrived told the lady at the front desk that I was checking in. She looked my name up on her computer and ask could she see my reservation on my phone. When I pulled up the Choice app on my phone, she pointed out that my reservation had been canceled. I asked who canceled my reservation, and she told me that Choice Hotels did. I later found out that she in fact was the person who canceled my reservation and she did it the moment that I attempted to check in. The attendant lied to me and said Choice Hotels canceled my reservation. The manager **, that was the name that he gave me, was less than helpful. He didn't offer any alternative Hotels in the area and actually got loud and argued with me. I drove 4 hours and all the Hotels were booked in Center city because of WWE event. The people are very dishonest and the hotel looks nothing like a choice hotel that I have stayed. Horrible hotel and horrible dishonest people who seemed to be running it.

      We brought a guest speaker in, we were to have a direct billing to us. When our guest arrived, the front desk insisted that he must pay for the room. They did not give the gift basket to our guest that we had purchased. When my wife went to the hotel to find the basket to give to our guests, it had been rummaged through. Furthermore, the front desk clerk was extremely rude, yelling at my wife. The clerk called the ** and he started yelling over and over that it was not their fault, it was my wifes fault. This brought great embarrassment to my wife, to me, and to our guests. Once my wife left, the ** sent an extremely accusatory email full of lies to my office administrator furthering their ignorance and terrible customer service. I do not typically leave negative reviews, but this was completely unacceptable. The management is rude, incompetent, ignorant and were initially impossible to work with. They did try to resolve their mistake by reversing the charges on our guests credit card and not billing us for the room. With that said, my statement stands. We will never use this hotel ever again. A completely miserable experience.

      . I was staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites at 2800 Highlands Parkway SE Smyrna, Georgia 30082, and I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the condition of the room I have been assigned. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed several issues that have made my stay incredibly uncomfortable.

      Firstly, there is a significant hole in the door that allows a direct view into the room, compromising both privacy and security. Additionally, there is a large red stain on the carpet near the bed, along with noticeable stains on the curtains. The door also does not close properly and requires forceful slamming to shut, posing a safety hazard.

      Furthermore, the couch in the room is riddled with burn holes, indicating a lack of proper maintenance and care. The jets in the tub are filthy, suggesting a lack of cleanliness and hygiene standards. Lastly, the bed appears to sink in, even without use, which has significantly impacted my ability to rest comfortably.

      When I complained to the front desk clerk about my situation, she said there was nothing she could do. I wasn’t even offered to have my room changed. The General Manager was well aware of these issues and he ignored everything. I feel very violated.

      The only thing that was offered by an agent was 10,000 points, I refused it because why would I want to visit another Choice Hotel branch, with the way I was treated. I’m reaching out to a lawyer about this situation. Due to negligence on the hotel part.

      Comfort Inn in Troutdale, OR, Awesome! Christina at the desk on days-fantastic. Amy & Mr. Tux, at night-wonderful! Great customer service, professional, friendly. Breakfast great! Link sausage, Western omlets, good coffee, good orange juice, as well as the usual waffles, yogurt, etc. Nice staff overall. Clean, quiet, perfect & the price was right!

      Visited January 13,2024. My husband had a bed bug crawling the blanket by his head. We reported the bug to the front desk and they removed it. I requested a refund and no one has contacted me back after several calls and complaints. Don’t stay here. This is terrible service. They probably will not do anything for this issue as they denied the bug being a bed bug which is wrong.

      Discriminates against people with social anxiety disorders. Neither the hotel owners nor Choice Hotels care to take my complaints seriously. The hotel was unable to accommodate my needs based on there policy of not allowing guests in the rooms, so I left and asked for my money back, but they refused. I have a social anxiety disorder and am unable to meet my visitors in a public place or a place that I'm. Not comfortable in. No hotel has never allowed me to meet my friends in my room before. I understand their policy but due to my disorder I need to interact in the privacy of my own space. The Raddison hotel diamond, nor Choice Hotels itself would acknowledge my disorder as a legit disability even though it is recognized under the Americans with Disabilities Act. If they were not able to accommodate my needs, then allow me to leave and let me go to a hotel that would and give me my money back for un stayed nights.
