    I just started using Rocket Money - and am highly impressed….. already saving!! The customer service and response time is amazing, the representative that I spoke with Brittany, got back to me so fast when I asked a question about a bill…she was able to give me a REAL answer not some script!! Impressive!! . Its awesome! Ive already seen how this program is going to work for me… definitely worth adding to your routine! Cost savings MUCH! Thanks I really appreciate this great service.

    This app is helping me identify my spending habits in a visually pleasing and easy to understand way. Their customer support team is great. And I appreciate they try to help you lower your bills as well. Worth the tiny monthly payment!

    I have only had Rocket Money for a month and I have already recommended it to all my friends! They offered to negotiate a lower price on my WiFi bill, and when there was some confusion about the negotiation fee on my end they were able to waive it for me entirely as a one-time courtesy. Their customer service agent, Brittany, replied quickly to all my messages and was able to help me within a day of me reaching out with a question. Their app interface is extremely user friendly and I find it easier to use than previous budgeting apps I've tried. Rocket Money really does all the work for you and is even helping me automatically put away money to save up for a car. They are slightly more expensive than Quicken's budgeting app which I used previously, but it's completely worth the extra charge in my opinion.

    Extremely pleased with the timeliness and service provided by support representative Brittany at Rocket Money. She helped resolve an issue with my Spectrum negotiated rate, and was able to obtain an even lower rate.
    Five stars all around for superb customer service and speedy resolution!

    I work with data every day at work and love the Rocket Money app; it makes it so easy to see what's going on with my finances and gives me an easy way to save opportunities; kudos to the product team for coming up with an amazing app.

    Seems to be a great app, we did have a problem with Bill negotiations through spectrum but they looked into the problem and fixed it, so far I'm pretty happy with rocket money

    I received a message from Rocket Spending that was an advertisement for a Doordash subscription based on the fact that they saw a few doordash orders in my account.
    This felt invasive and creepy and beyond what the company is supposed to do; I was told they would not sell my information to anyone but this feels like a way around that. I immediately unlinked my accounts and deleted my profile. I never had a problem like this when it was Truebill.
    I would advise others to be careful about the way Rocket may be using the sensitive information in bank accounts.

    I really liked and enjoyed the service and they were able to negotiate a reduction for me in my monthly payment. Since it was not what they had thought they had managed to get me they actually waived the negotiation fee for me. Brittney was very helpful and excellent with follow up and follow through.

    Pros: Gives you a neat view of how to see your budget.
    Cons: not practical, have to pay to use the service, bill negotiation comes at an extra cost, customer service is not helpful even to a point demeaning, would not recommend anyone use it.
