  If I could leave no starts I would. This company is trying to call one of my accounts and illegally impersonate me to gain access. Yes, they were provided information in order to reduce my monthly bill but not they need to state who they are and why they are calling, NOT try to impersonate the account holder. I have reached out via email to tell the person that reached out initially to me to stop attempting to reduce my bill by doing this method (Jamie from Rocket Money is the name on the email). They are about to lock my account on me as the support team from that company reached stating it look like fraud attempts were being made on my account. I have now changed my password three times in one hour because they continue to get me locked out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

  Rocket money "negotiated" my internet bill with Charter for my internet services. They claim they got me a savings of $20 a month. The correct amount was a $15 a month savings, but that did not include the $50 one time payment the agreed to with Charter, nor their fee. The final "actual" savings was $1.67 a month. I contacted them 4 times....each time I was simply told I was savings $20 a month and no reply back after I tried to explain they just wasted my time and stole any savings they claimed to save me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THE CORRECT FIGURES.

  I received a free membership because I have a mortgage with Rocket Mortgage. They negotiated with Verizon and keep saying they've saved me $34 a month, when they've only lowered the bill by $11 a month. Steve has been dismissive and unhelpful. I have tried several times to get a refund for the $100 i already had to pay and they are refusing to assist, including after contacting them via the site. They will not honor or explain why the savings amount is incorrect.
  Waste of time and money.

  This app has helped me save so much money!! Being able to see all my subscriptions in one place is extremely helpful. You can even cancel subscriptions through the app.

  The service so far has been helpful in finding recurring bills. They can then be canceled from within the app. The support staff is also very helpful and responsive. Britney helped me make changes to a bill renegotiation request after I had already submitted. Looking forward to using this to reduce more bills and cancel any services that I no longer use.

  Do not download this app, it is a scam. I downloaded it a week ago, and chose the $1 or 2 a month sample subscription. First of all, this was a shoddy product which provided me with no new information or any ability to cancel subscriptions. So, it was already deceptive advertising. Secondly, I was charged anyway for the $48/ month which is unaffordable for someone like me, and I would have never, ever chosen that option (just in case they try to argue that I ordered this, I need to make that clear). This withdrawal almost caused me to miss my car payment. Lastly, they are providing no method of contact that anyone answers in order to address this. Instead, Rocket Mortgage et al are now claiming that they have no control over it. If you have the contact number, email and chat provided on your app as contact methods,but they are not, then that is a lie, and my money is being defrauded. This has every element of a fly-by-night company forming and dissolving over & over in order to avoid answering to its customers.
  I know you can do better because you can afford television commercials, which is the only reason I ever chose to use you. If you have the money to do that, you can afford customer service.
  Frankly this is exactly why I generally avoid subscriptions, you guys are just all around grifting jerks who try to get away with this stuff. I wish you the worst in your business future and hope others will take my warning.

  The team is super responsive and when I reached out with an inquiry (not a complaint or problem) they were extremely quick to reply and clearly explained the answer to my question. As it turned out, I could have answered my own question with some elementary math but Brittney was very friendly and willing to assist.
  Before my interaction with any customer service rep, RocketMoney saved me over 50% on my satellite radio subscription which more than covers my premium subscription fee. Definitely recommend!
