  Terrible company. I was with Rocket Money and cancelled my account but am still getting charged every month for $7.00. it's impossible to get rid of!!!!!

  Watch out for their lies. First, their mortgage process is a joke. You will do far more garbage paperwork and pay for far more garbage processes compared to any other mortgage provider. Yes, I have done the mortgage process before, their practice IS NOT *************, when you finally get the mortgage done, you will start seeing their credit card offer claiming you can get up to 2% cash back for your mortgage payments.... THAT IS A BOLD FACED LIE!!!! You have to use the card on other purchases to get points, then the points you can use for the mortgage, but that is not what they make it seem like. So they did a bait and switch because you cannot use a credit card for the mortgage payment, therefore cannot earn cashback on the mortgage payment. This lie cause them to damage my credit by running a report under false pretenses. The card has been canceled immediately upon this finding.

  If anyone has Rocket Money, immediately delete everything that you have linked to them and delete your account! I got a call from my cable/internet company this afternoon. She asked if I had just called in to them and I told her no. She told me that all day long Rocket Money/Truebill has been calling in and impersonating people. My cable/internet provider has a company chat and numerous calls were reported by numerous employees on their chat today. They knew some of my security answers but not all! When the impersonator was told they can't get told any information the guy got ****** and was going off on the gal. She said she is hanging up and calling the number on file. The guy kept going off so she hung up on him. Well that was my number she called and not Rocket Money. I immediately deleted my information off of Rocket Money. I was also told that Rocket Money has changed customers services and has even canceled customer accounts from my cable/internet provider! They also charge you a percentage of what they "save" you. That is stepping way over the line by trying to impersonate people! That is not a way to run any business! I am blasting this info everywhere and I will have it so it can be shared. I highly encourage you to share this and warn your friends and family also! It will be blasted on Rocket Money's social media accounts and reported to the Better Business Bureau! Rocket Money has already received a big, long nasty-gram from me. Rocket Money needs a class action lawsuit brought against them so blast this everywhere so millions of Americans will see this, delete their accounts and put ********************** out of business!

  I signed up to see if they could negotiate better deals with recurring payments (cable tv, etc.). The interface is slick, and well presented. The back end is concerning and their negotiations were poor. They didn't listen to what I indicated would be a good solution and instead just negotiated a promotional rate. Then they take their entire fee and I have to wait 6 months to make up the difference. NOT worth the 2 weeks it took them to "negotiate" and I'll cancel everything with Rocket Money and do it myself next time. Also convenient that "negotiations" took until 2 days past the new billing cycle and it isn't prorated so Specrum gets their full amount for one additional month. Plus, their app sends constant notifications about credit score updates, but you have to pay them to see what that means. The whole premiss of the company and app is "We want to help you" when in fact it is "we want to know where all your money is and is going so we can try and take a cut."So long Rocket Money.

  Rocket Money posed as me for their "bill negotiation" feature to attempt to lower my Spectrum bill. As a result, my account was flagged by fraud protection. I was told by ******** that someone called pretending to be me, asking about discounts. I had to reset my whole account, passwords, security questions, and answer a bunch of public records questions about myself in order to get access to my account back. I have canceled my account with **********************. They use fraudulent tactics, and I am not at all comfortable doing business with them anymore.

  Rocket Money is deceptive and not transparent to the consumer on their negotiation feature. I noticed a large charge from Rocket Money to my bank account and when I inquire to find out why I was charge they stated.."A confirmation email with all the details including the savings amount, negotiation fee, and payment date was sent out immediately after the negotiation was completed."There was NEVER an email sent to me with any sort of breakdown of a negotiation. I respond to their email and they responded that an email was sent to me on Oct. 7th and that they do not have a way of resending it but that they would provide the negotiation details.. Received $31.49 monthly discount good for 12 months.?Provider:? Spectrum Old Plan:? Internet 600 MBPS/HBO/Spectrum TV Select New Plan:? Internet 600 MBPS/HBO/Spectrum TV Select Old Monthly Rate: $233.36?New Monthly Rate: $201.87 **************** $31.49 Total Annual Savings: $377.88 Additional notes:Got discount good for 12 ********* changes to the account This is unacceptable. Again, no email was ever sent to me with any details of any negotiations and the only way I realized there was a change was due to the large charge on my bank statment from Rocket Money. This company is not transparent in their practices. Would recommend steering away.

  It doesnt make it clear that setting savings goals was going to create a savings account and start withdrawing money from your accounts.

  I liked this system and app until someone posing as me called T-Mobile for our bill negotiation and told them my husband was in the hospital, our family was having severe financial hardship, and we would be canceling our service with them if they didn't reduce our price. NONE of that is true. Unacceptable behavior. That is completely unethical. I never would have known except their employee was so incredibly rude to the customer service *** that she felt like she should call me back to apologize since we've been customers for 20 years. I am still waiting for a response from the rocket money team, but this is completely unacceptable behavior and I would warn anyone who will listen to be very cautious using the bill negotiation service moving forward.

  WoW! These reviews are shocking! They did not take money from me. However, for the last 2 months, their commercials have been everywhere on the **** platform. Rocket Money says we pay hundreds of dollars for subscriptions we don't use or need...and guess what? ROCKET MONEY was a subscription I wasn't using and didn't need!!So, I went to the appt to cancel my subscription, and you will never believe this...YOU CAN'T CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION!!!!! I had to write an email to support - get a few AI responses before an actual person responded but they never ever admitted that there was NO WAY for the customer to do it themselves!The irony. The hubris! The balls!! I was annoyed but after reading these reviews, I surely hope you all file a claim against them now. What a joke.

  Terrible company. The app was never correct, it didn't save me any money and there is no way to speak with ANYONE. Only option for communication is via the app. Trying to delete or cancel your subscription is needlessly confusing. This is the worst app I have ever used and I would discourage anyone from using it.
