    I've been using rocket money as a budgeting app and have found it to be very useful. I've never used the "negotiations" part of their service so I do not know if it's problematic like everyone else has claimed (it seemed sketchy when they asked me to log into my utilities accounts and said they'd charge an extra fee), but using it simply as a budgeting app is very helpful.

    Not sure why all of a sudden in July of 2024, I start receiving emails, that have my bills and how much they cost coming to alert me! I never signed up with this company or app!!! So how do they have my information? I do t have any emails stating thanks for signing up either, is it a fishing sales pitch? Shame on you. So how do we fix issue these days, with all the scammers too? Whats a legit way to get in touch with them? I read to they used to be true bill.. ********

    Horrible Company, taking money out of my account without permission for "saving me on my bill" makes no sense. Haven't saved me anything on my bill. Didn't even request them to do anything on my account. I don't even know how this is legal.

    This company is 1000% FRAUDULENT! They TAKE YOUR MONEY, and when you try to WITHDRAW the funds, they come up with all these ******** excuses WHY they cant release the money to you! DO NOT GIVE THEM A SINGLE *****! Theyre all a bunch of F****** ***************** Their customer service phone number is COMPLETELY BOGUS! Call it, and its not even THEM! HOW HAVE THEY GOTTEN AWAY with is BEYOND SHOCKING to me! Im reporting them to the ****************************** and and filed a police report and spoke to law enforcement about how to STOP THESE SHISTERS from doing the same thing to other INNOCENT PEOPLE!

    They are complete scammers with the negotiations portion of the app. Just read the reviews below. The same **** thing happened to me. But they said they negotiated better *************** for my cable/Spectrum service. My bill increased n because the new bill was 2 weeks different from the prior they said they save me over $220. It's BS n clearly they've been getting away with this for a long time. Disgraceful.

    I was a victim of the Rocket Money "negotiation" scam. In December 2023, I explored using this service. Rocket claimed if they couldn't get a better deal, then I wouldn't be charged. 1. They make you sign into your utility account through their site. "We'll have the most success negotiating your bill if you log in to your account."2. Days later I received this email: "How will I be charged? If we successfully lower your bill, youll have the option of paying the negotiation fee as a lump sum or by splitting it up into several payments over a longer period of time. What if you don't lower my bill? Don't worry, if we're not successful, you won't be charged. We'll also try again in a few weeks as companies are constantly changing their promotions."3. On Jan 12 I received this email, *********** [M], our expert negotiators were able to save you $420.00 on your Optimum Cable Vision bill! Thats a savings of $35.00/mo for 12 months."My bill increased from $238.69 each month to $265.51 for the first month, then $253.44 for the rest of the months. This is in addition to the $126 I paid for their "negotiation". Over the past 3 months, I've emailed Rocket back and forth seeking a resolution to this issue, providing proof of the rate increase with no success.

    I wish I could give 0 stars. I asked Rocketmoney to try and negotiate my SiriusXM bill lower. They responded that I had the lowest subscription rate and they could not get any lower. However, when my renewal period came up, they negotiated my bill to the exact same amount that I had negotiated it to the year and claimed they saved me $280. They then charge me a 40% fee. So not only is my SiriusXM bill not lower but it cost me $60 more.

    I was charged for a Premium that I never agreed to. Now just randomly I had $70.00 taken from my account without my permission. Called the number in ****** that was provided and not even to the right company it a verification line and they never answer the phone. This is disgusting!

    Negative Zero star is more like it. This is a false advertising company that deserves to be placed in a garbage can. They claim that they will find all of your bills. False!!!! Maybe 2 or 3 if you’re lucky. Then when you see this company doesn’t really do much but STEAL your money and one tries to cancel, it’s a rigamareux of a vicious circle. Mr., if you can be called that, Haroon M********** DO BETTER by humanity!!!!!!!!
