This month, I became aware of multiple accounts under the name TD BANK NA that I do not recognize or recall opening. These include a credit card account opened on June 8, 2021, with a balance of $12,262; a secured card opened on May 3, 2016; and another credit card opened on January 5, 2017, with a balance of $223. I believe these accounts may have been opened fraudulently and without my permission. For weeks this company has given me the run arounds when it comes to putting my SCRA benefits in place and Im still receiving letters saying im 100 days past due for $200. They are refusing to correct my account. Told me not to make a payment because it was a known issue on there part. I have still made the $29 payments to assure I dont fall behind yet they wont allow customer service to assist because of me being past due to which they told me. May 9th I had a conversation with a *** who told me they were working on this and still have not corrected it. I had opened a checking account with TD Bank last Sunday and so I linked my ***** Fargo external account to my TD bank and then I linked my ***** bank to my TD bank external account and then I tried to send $40 to my ***** bank account..then on Saturday afternoon I received an email saying that TD Bank suspended my Zelle and external account cause their system didnt believe that I owned one of the accounts in which I clearly have proof that I do and then this morning I couldnt even log into my TD bank online banking so when I called the lady who I spoke with said that the fraud department closed my accountBusiness Response

I simply don’t agree with the decision because it’s a lie and a sack of bull we both know it; discrepancy activity in which I was setting up an external transfer from my TD Bank account to my Chase Bank account ain’t nothing wrong with doing such..that’s considered bad business to me, and I simply don’t appreciate lies God knows the truth

Hello I'm contacting you to try and fix this issue before I take any other actions against the bank due to fraud.back in Dec I explained to td someone hacked my account I asked several times to close account that was hacked it was never closed every month money was coming out of my account I disputed the transactions you guys denied it for put past 3 months see someone then taking money on my account and I've been asking you guys and asking you guys repeatedly to close the account you guys never did The fraud department sent me to a different office due to the fact you guys want to help me and it was asked from the front department to close my account all my account and start fresh you guys still added my old account to my new account so you guys gave me a card it's it's fraud to print a replacement card and give me a card with the same number that's fraud you guys cannot no bank can print out a car with the same number same expiration date saying CV so how many cards have somebody from that office made under my account I have proof right here and whatever you want is my money back from the month that I was disputing.look at this top card I already had but look at the second card and look where it was being delivered toBusiness Response

TD Bank Review Frustrating and Inconvenient First Experience**Im incredibly disappointed with my experience as a new customer with **********************. I opened an account and immediately ran into issues using ******* claimed I didnt have a bank account. So I opened a new one thinking that would help. It worked for a day, and then I got the same error.I called support and had to verify my identity **again**, and was told I needed to go into a branch just to confirm it was really me who opened the account. After wasting time to do that, I finally was able to send money.But thats not the endI've been waiting **weeks** for my debit card. And now when I log in online, it says I dont even have a card to manage. Not even my digital card is available anymore. So now I have to go back into the branch **again**all just to have basic banking functions work.This has been an extremely frustrating and inconvenient experience for a first-time customer. I feel like I've been doing everything right, but constantly jumping through hoops just to access my own money. TD Bank has made a terrible first impression and I strongly believe compensation is warranted for all the time, stress, and lost access.Business Response

TD Banks closed all my accounts. No explanations given. I was given one month period to transfer all my accounts out of TD Bank. They locked me out of all my accounts before the period ended. It caused my a lots of problems. No last statements send out. I had no online access to my accounts.I do not recommend this bank for anyone. They do not know what they are doing.Last credit card bill was not sent out. I had to call them to send it out, it took them 5 week to do that. I sent them the balance by mail . Order ************************************* 20's, all in 20's, came to pick them up and in 50's not 20's like i ordered, i told them i would not accept them as i ordered 20's only. Refused to take the order back or refund me, said they could take them back but it would be a $50 fee, i didn't even leave the bank with them and they want to charge me a fee because they placed the order wrong.
