      TD Bank will not release a hold on a payment so I can pay the rental car company Hertz for my rental. ***** does not fax documents for verification its 2025 nobody faxes documents. TD Bank is holding the funds and will not release essentially holding my money hostage.

      I called this business about my account approx 1 to 2 weeks ago about my statement and making a payment. I wasnt INFORMED that if I make a payment before the statement comes out, that my payment wouldnt be forwarded. The lady at the call center was blaming me for not asking the correct question instead of apologizing for them, not giving me that information when I called. My payment was for the February statement and now I have to make a double payment so Im not charged late fees and my credit score taking a hit. I want my payment to be applied to the February statement.

      I filed a dispute with TD bank because I paid for a service I never received. The bank keeps denying the dispute stating I should deal directly with the merchant. However, the merchant has been non responsive. I expect more from my bank. They are not supporting me at all. It is very sad and appalling that in the year 2025 black women are still not given the proper respect and care by their bank. I do believe I am being racially profiled. The bank should be on my side and help me recoup my funds! The merchant name is ************************. I am sick and tired of having to reopen the same dispute. I need a fast solution. BBB please help!

      I was sending myself ***** threw another bank into td bank and after it failed like 5 times I got it to go through and td bank restricted my account and said I was doing fraud and want to terminate my account.i did nothing wrong and I want my account back as I have being a customer since june 2022 and was a previous customer many years ago.there was no fraud and I always transfer money into my account frequently as I have always done that.i need my account re-opened as you guys even say you won't give me back my money unless I go into a branch when I told you guys I have a sick relative and cannot leave them alone as I take care of them but he bank does not ******** guys are the ones that do fraud as goverment agencies had you paying billions in fraud including you guys pleading ********* is not the customer commuting fraud it's ************************ want my account back or I want a good compensation for this hassle as you guys have my money hostage or government agencies will see this issue as well because I will file this complaint to multiple agencies until this gets resolved. so REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT

      I had frauds in my business account and hacker stole ********* dollars and the bank never help me , ******** refused to help me recover the stolen amount, although it is their problem because the fraudsters obtained my information and accessed my money and bank accounts and seized them online without my knowledge. I want the bank to recover my stolen money.

      I am filing this complaint against TD Bank due to their mishandling of my Simple *** funds transfer and poor customer service. In November 2024, I requested to transfer my *** funds from ************** to TD Bank. On January 17, 2025, TD Bank called to inform me that they had received the check.On Tuesday, January 21, I went to the ********, NJ branch and spoke with *****. I explicitly instructed that the funds be deposited into a Simple *** account immediately to avoid any distribution or tax consequences. I made it clear I didnt care which type of Simple *** account, as long as the funds were properly secured.On Friday, January 24, I returned to the branch around 12:30 PM to confirm the account was set up and to obtain account details. After waiting for 45 minutes without assistance, I asked for an update and was informed that no account had been opened. This means TD Bank has been holding my funds for over a week without fulfilling my instructions, leaving me without any account information or assurance my funds are secure.I am deeply concerned about the safety of my funds and TD Banks practices when handling customers money. The fact that my Simple *** funds have been in TD Banks possession since January 17, yet no account has been opened, raises serious questions about the banks reliability and operational competence This is unacceptable. I demand TD Bank immediately open a Simple *** account, deposit the funds, and provide written confirmation. I also expect an explanation for the delay and assurances this will not happen again. This negligence and poor service raise serious concerns about TD Banks practices. This is a serious matter, and I believe it deserves immediate attention. I trust the Better Business Bureau will assist in addressing this issue and ensuring TD Bank is held accountable for their negligence and poor customer service

      I am not liable for this debt to TDBank Auto Finance. They have not provided me with original documents or letter of validation. 15USC 1681B. 15 U.S.C. 1681b establishes that a credit report can only be shared under certain conditions, such a, A consumer consent. A business must have the consumer's consent to obtain or report to their credit report, provided the consumer has authorized it in writing. Therefore, requested. according to FCRA 15USC 1681i and FCRA 605B, this should not be turned into a 30 day dispute but removed from my credit report within 5 days.

      I will get a lawyer they got paid when I got arrested in 2014 for this five thousand an some change they have no right to take my money for something I already paid back to the bank I was on probation for this an I will get in solved let them know that I got all my paperwork for this it was paid off in 2019 when I completed my payments to them ..This is wrong and my social security will be notified they took my disability check for a past debt from 2014 that has already been paid back through the court of law I got receipts from this I can prove it ..
