1 starTheir parking is very deceptive. Visited ***** Pass. Had to pay $30 flat rate for parking for a 3 hour visit. Their pay boxes look like all others in ***** Pass, but found that the parking on the street is $3.00 per hour. ** Parking ** is a rip off. Taking advantage of visitors. They should be ashamed of themselves. At least put signs up stating this is private parking, not municiple parking. When I called to complain, their response was "That is just the way it is. We charge a flat rate". What kind of customer service is that. Does not make ***** Pass a very desirable place to go any longer. We had 3 car loads of people for a whopping $90.00 total for the 3 cars to spend maybe 3 hours of time there. So disgusted with their business practice. I hope the managers of that company are sleeping well at night knowing they are raking in the big bucks and s******* people over. I like the other reviews wish I could give less that 1 star.Review frombrenda w

1 starNO STARS! Parked on 2nd street in downtown ********. Prepaid for the 1st hour, had dinner, came back to add time to the meter and apparently was slightly past the hour, and found a $63 ticket on my window! Completely ridiculous. This organization is practicing price gauging. They charge $6 per hour to park at Caddys on ***************. This is absurd. And they could care less because they're private owned. Sad that they have the state name in their Business Name! It makes ******* look bad. No integrity whatsoever. I urge everyone to write to the Governor, as I will be doing.

We are sorry that you are not happy with the parking rates in this location. The rates in this location are set below the market standard. You be able to find less expensive parking by parking further from the beach. Parking rates are dynamic and are dictated by demand, time of day, and the season.Review fromSteve A

1 starI pulled into this lot and paid seven dollars an hour to park, more than twice as much as street parking. When I pulled in Ill get the sign that was in front of the parking spots and there were cars parked at a diagonal and the only spots available were beside them. There was nothing on the sign saying straight parking. I came back 50 minutes later to extend my parking and there was a guy in the lot that told me he had just issued a ticket to everybody parked diagonally because it was against the rules, yet theres nothing posted saying it was straight in parking. I was stunned to see that the ticket was for $63 which would be nine times the hourly parking rate.I wish I could write them less than one star because they certainly deserve itReview fromKenneth L

I went to one of their parking lots in ******** and had several problems. First I had to use the light on my phone because no lighting at meter.2nd the buttons did not work well and had to restart several times as did the 8 other people waiting.There is no receipt unless you set up an account on line.Prices were excessive. But then I was given a $63 citation. Went to website and it said to appeal see instructions on citation but there were none. I have a print out of the parking charge being paid from my bank but dont know how to connect with Unified Parking.UPP Global, LLC

1 starOn 08/11/22 we visited ********** Beach. We parked in a lot that apparently belongs to ** Parking Co. It was an unpaved sand lot with a little grass. There were, of course, no lines painted since it was just dirt. We felt the payment required was high but had little choice. When we returned to the lot we found a ticket on the windshield for $63.00. The offense listed was "vehicle parked in two spaces." When we looked carefully we did see that there were black concrete bars half buried in the sand which we assume were intended to **** the parking spots. Bear in mind that when we parked and when we returned there were only three or four cars in a lot that would probably hold twenty to thirty cars. I'm leaving one star since the system won't let me leave none.We strongly felt this was pretty much a scam and will not be coming back to ********** Beach.Review fromBob T

1 starWe parked in a lot at 154 106th Ave in Treasure Island. We paid $9 at the Park Mobile kiosk right by our car. When we left, we had a ticket from this company for $63. Obviously this company is taking advantage of visitors to Treasure Island who are not aware of this game they are playing so that they can collect expensive "fines". Treasure Island Police should investigate this company and shut them down.Review fromMarc B

1 starWe paid 22 dollars to park in ***** Pass gravel parking lot that had no parking lines available. Came back just an hour and half later for a 63 dollar citation for parking in 2 parking spots. This to me seems like a scam to get more money for the company. Please do not park there. We drive a big SUV. And was definitely not in 2 parking spots.
