      I found the ticket on my windshield the next morning, very surprised because I had put my credit card and license plate info into their parking meter. I called that morning to resolve offering to pay the $7 fee but to no avail, they wanted me to give them $23 instead. I refused to pay that much so they received nothing and I have a wanted car.

      Liars and thieves. Do not use this company! They are crooked. They do not allow any option for hourly parking. They charged my card $33 for one hour of parking! Absolutely ridiculous. Nowhere on the meter is it marked that you are forced to pay for all day parking. Very unethical company. From everyones reviews here you can see that they should not be in this business and they should get their business license taken from them. I am going to report to the Better Business Bureau. They are scam artists.

      As previously mentioned, our parking meters offer a comprehensive service beyond mere billing for parking. To initiate the process, customers are required to input their vehicle's license plate number and proceed by selecting the "next" option. Subsequently, they are presented with the cost section, which provides information regarding whether the parking lot operates on an hourly basis or offers a flat rate for all-day parking. In the case of the latter, customers have the choice to either accept the rate or utilize the cancel button available on all of our meters, allowing them to opt out of parking at that specific location. It is important to note that our meters do not automatically charge the customer's card.

      The card is only charged when the customer consciously presses the accept button, which is situated in the final step of the process. Once this action is taken, the customer's card will be charged according to the rate displayed on the meter. Additionally, our system enables parkers to request a text receipt for their transaction. All pertinent rates are prominently displayed on our meters, empowering our customers to make an informed decision before proceeding.

      Just an awful experience from beginning to end. We actually, double paid for our parking because we were unaware of the transaction having gone through. No printed receipt, nothing.Ended up that we were late returning to our car so our having double paid actually ended up covering us, but that did not stop us from being issued a citation. A negative situation turned positive, only to turn negative again.Attempt to resolve: KNOCK YOURSELF OUT! Don't even bother reading the rest of this review, try and get on the company web-site to pay your fine, a fine that was issued for $63.00. Then printed in fine print, if paid in 3 days is $43.00 (they call it a 33% "discount,) after 3 days the full face value $63.00 (in my case), if paid in 14 days is actually $63.00 and after 14 days is $83.00, after 30 days the fine doubles. Let's assume that in and of itself that isn't ridicules. To be noted, the fee includes a $3.00 admin. fee. (an admin. fee? this is their business.) Now I suggest again, go to the website and attempt to pay your citation. You CANNOT, even though they offer an option "Pay Your Violation" for you to pay. Please do not take my word on anything listed above, go to the website and try to pay a violation. The screen asks what location? You enter your location (in my case ************) and the site goes blank. HOWEVER, you have no other means to pay but on-line, no address, nothing. IT's Nuts. Unified Parking Partners isn't the only entity at fault here; the **************** allowing such an entity to operate in this manner will eventually make the downtown commercial area undesirable for consumers. I once again ask you not to take my word for it, read the other reviews. I live 30 mins, from ******** would like to support businesses during the "off season" and avoid the area leaving it to the tourist trade during the "on-season." No longer, not interested. This entity gives the **************** a BAD name. Nice City doing bad business.

      Below one star....zero. The parking **** who works for this company sat in her truck when my daughter pulled in to the lot across from **********************. She asked my daughter if she was parking and she said "yes, my daughter is still sitting in the car" as she went to the kiosk to pay. She backed in to the parking space so the woman could not have seen her plate because she was still in her truck. She paid $19.80 for 3 hours, got her daughter and went across the street. She came back 3 hrs. later to extend her time by another 2 hours ( for $13.20 ). Apparently this woman got out of her truck as soon as she was gone the first time, went behind the car and wrote down the license number and issued a "ticket" which was never put on the car windshield , nor was anything ever mailed to me until today to notify me that I had an overdue /outstanding parking notice to the tune of $63. What a scam!! The ticket was issued at 5:17 p.m., 2 minutes after my daughter pulled in and left the car there. Beware and DO NOT PARK anywhere that says that the lot is monitored by ******* Parking Company!!! I think I may report this to the consumer protection agency in *******. Total BS. Her total parking bill was $33 and her food bill for the two of them was $52. Are you kidding me??!!!!

      This is a scam. I parked in a lot near a restaurant. We paid the high parking fee and I received a citation for $63. Ten minutes after we paid. Absolutely insane. Did they not check????? This company is a giant scam.

      A citation would only be received after payment if the license plate is not actively registered in the system. This can occur if the citation has been entered incorrectly, parking time has lapsed, or if payment was made at the wrong meter.       How is this highway robbery allowed? Zero stars.To park in in unpaved gravel dirty lot for 2 hours cost $14.I was late and they charged me $63. When I went to pay it a few days later, I saw that I could have saved $20 by paying it the day before. Still $43 is excessive. UGGGGHHHH...horrible.

      Can I leave zero stars??? My daughter was charged 55 dollars to park near Caddys for 4 hours. When she returned her car was blocked in along with others..she was told oh well can't do anything about it by the attendant. Thankfully she has a tiny car and was able to squeeze through Over the curb. We live in NY. I have no issues paying to park but this was ridiculous. How is this legal???

      absolute crooks......we paid an unbelievable $22 to park in ********. transaction complete the machine told me. there was a car skulking in the shadows_obvioulsy the ticketing guy (on commission no doubt)...after one and a half hours we received a ticket. no one to speak with - just pay it......!!! great business - I'm sure the owners sleep well with no conscious.

      False promises and no communication. I was told by managers I was going to get a bonus 4 or 5 different times during the summer and never got one. I saw my boss get fired and was not given a good reason as to why. I deserved to get fired but I saw 5 or 6 employees that did not deserve it and they still got canned without a chance to fix what they were apparently doing wrong.
