      I have been a customer for years and have spent a fortune of untold thousands there on my rescued dogs. Before the past 6 months, I found covetrus to be very good, consistently in the 4-5 star range. That has declined now to occasionally over 3 stars and mostly 1-2. As other reviewers have mentioned, the phone wait times have become awful, just totally unacceptable; so I refuse to wait on hold and dont call anymore. Also I have tried accepting the gracious covetrus offer of help via sending an email to which covetrus does not condescend to respond! So I am calling my vet to say I cant take it anymore and want to pick my dogs prescriptions up at a local pharmacy, since covetrus service has gotten awful. Its just unacceptable.

      I love our Vet, **************************. However, I hate the online pharmacy they use. You get a 20% discount on your first order. Without the discount the costs are more than what we'd pay elsewhere online. Our first order was rejected; no reason given. Afterwards, it would not allow me to use the 20% discount. Avoid Covetrus!!!

After further review, I found that your order was cancelled due to the prescription approval being declined. An email was sent with that communication on 1/16/2024 to the email we have on file. We would be happy to assist you with placing a new order and re-applying your coupon. Our phone lines are open from 8:00AM-7:00PM CST M-F, 9:00AM-2:00PM CST on Saturday's and closed on Sunday's.

      Ive never recd such horrible mismanagement, ever!Ive an rx that should have arrived today or close to today. Its still in the same place it started out and now up to 10 days away for my cat that needs it now.You cannot get thru to chat or phone.Upon calling, the poor agents can do nothing except put a case file on the order and hope that works. I mentioned the vet pharmacy to my pet friends and theyve the same experience w this company w no positive results.The people working there even say weve no idea the number of complaints they get- could be why theyre too busy to answer my calls. Forget chat!Id happily change this negative review if I got satisfaction, but it doesnt sound like I will and am going to go to my prestigious vet to find another vet pharmacy! My poor cat!

      I ordered Fluoxetine Transdermal for both my cats on December 30th and our vet approved it while we were in the room. Covetrus online pharmacy was cheaper and *should* be more convenient that our local compounding pharmacy. It's now January 9th and the order is still "filling". I leave the state to get married on the 12th and both my cats are being boarded. They aren't going to have enough for the stay and I live in apartment complex where deliveries get left in the open in the mail room. I don't want over $200 worth of medication sitting there to be stolen while we're gone. Unable to reach anyone, online chat is broken, and unsure what to do at this point.

      My dogs medications were ordered on 12/24/23. Today, more than 15 days later, they still have my been delivered? I paid more than $500. Today, on 1/8/24, Coventrus acts like there is nothing they can do?

      I oredered a prescription for my cat through my vet. After three business days, I still had not received word of it shipping so I called to inquire about the status. After waiting on hold for thirty minutes, I was informed that they did not fill my prescription because the product expiry date is April 6 which would be bfore I would complete the meds. I was not advised of this in advance and would not have known if I hadn't called. After another thirty minutes of waiting and being placed on hold, the representative was able to cancel my order and resubmit it for a smaller quantity. Shortly thereafter, I received an email saying there was an issue with my credit card. Puzzled, I visited my credit card account online. There were no issues with it. Then I verified the credit card number at ********************** and there were no issues. So, I had to call back, wait on hold another 20 minutes, to provide the exact same credit card number verbally, which the representative said went through.After all of this, I still have no idea when my cat's presecription will be on the way to me. It's been nearly a week since I placed my order. I told my vet that I do not want to do business with Covetrus. anymore.

      Terrible, can not call anyone because they will not answer, they say it is because they are busy, maybe from not shipping or getting orders right.I have had problems with my order and now it is in transit, somewhere, a week later and still nothing so I guess it is the carriers fault.Try to use another pharmacy because these company has nothing but excuses!!!

      Takes over a week "filling order" - absolutely unacceptable for medications. Apparently NOBODY works here - if you call during business hours the call drops, you try to live chat and there is LITERALLY never ANYONE available to chat and the online link to email them allows you type a lengthy note that then does not go anywhere. PLEASE close this business down - dangerous for pets medications to be delayed for so long.
