      I brought in my vehicle to Belle Tire of ******** on November 25th, 2023. The services included two wheel ********************, and then a service of my brake pads and rotors. On December 4th, I paid for the service and was charged $1200, and picked up my car as they told me the service was completed. Instead, I didnt even make it out of the parking lot before I realized something was wrong with the vehicle. I brought it back in to Belle Tire and they said they would look at it. They then told me that they needed to fix something in the wheel, as they had broken some kind of part. A week or two later, I went to pick up the vehicle again, as they said it was ready and the issue was resolved. Upon driving it out of the parking lot, my brakes were completely inoperable. They yet again said they would look at it and fix the issue. Since then, they have told me many things about what is wrong with my brakes, including the *** module, something about the hub in the wheel, etc. They have told me that they are waiting on parts so they can fix what they broke, or are waiting for a scanner port. However, I was informed today (January 13th, ****) that they have not even diagnosed the problem with my brakes and havent fixed what they told me they had fixed. I have been without my car for nearly two months, and have been lied to countless times about the state of my vehicle. I want to get my car back as soon as possible so I can have reliable transportation to work.

      On 12/18 I brought in my truck to have tires mounted that I purchased at Belle Tire in ********** on Portage. The technicians advised there would be no issues, which I verified as my truck as 20" rims. When I picked up my vehicle and got it home, I noted that there were significant gouges in the rims. All gouges were opposite each other, showing that they were clearly made by the tool the techs used to mount my tires. I immediately called and spoke with *****, a representative at the Belle Tire location in ********** who requested I send photos to show the manager. I sent these photos. I was immediately advised that it was clearly the fault of the techs. I was asked to bring my truck into the location so that they could see the damage in person. Again, it was confirmed that the techs did the damage. I was advised that Belle Tire would contact their contractor who refinishes wheels so that they could be refinished. Then, I was advised that the contractor didn't believe they were salvageable as the gashes were too deep and instead, they would be replacing my rims. I was asked to provide the website information for my rims, which I did. I received notice today from ***** that the General Manager ****** has now decided not to replace my rims, after several confirmations that it was the fault of Belle Tire employees, due to "not having enough proof." This is after an attempt was already made to have my rims refinished as it was already decided it was the fault of the Belle Tire Employees. ***** advised that we could contact corporate and that the ***************** should be calling us. All calls are recorded at Belle Tire, and they admitted fault several times along with going through the channels of trying to repair them and replace them. I believe they realized the rims costed me more money than they expected, so they decided to try a different route. After admitting fault on several occasions, this is unprofessional and unacceptable.

      Dec 14th 2023, went in to have 3 tires changed. When I arrived they asked if I would like a complimentary (free) alignment check to which I agreed to. When I went to pay for my tire replacement they said the alignment was off and did the alignment without my consent and charged me the price of the alignment ($100+ after tax) and later that day I attempted to reset the **** as well as the next day before an alarm popped up on my dash "Service **** required" I've had many tire rotations and replacements and never had an issue prior to this incident. I asked about the **** service on Dec 15th and they said we can schedule an appointment for a free **** inspection but replacement would be the cost of parts and labor which I would be responsible for and could not give me a quote for repair without an inspection, even though there had been no issues with the **** prior to this service and would be a result of negligent tire replacement.

      On or about 11/19/2022, I purchased a wheel alignment East Washington street location and part of that purchase was that I would get another free of charge alignment within the year. I attempted to have my free alignment done on 3-4 different occasions. Each time there was a different reason as to why it couldn't be done. One time it was that they were just too booked for the week to fit it in. Then the next attempt was that there is only one "alignment guy" and he was out for several days. Then I was told on another occasion that I could come by 8am and get right in to get it done. I arrived at the business at 8am and was told that I would be serviced by 9:30. I waited, 9:30 came and went. I approach the desk and asked what was going on, as there were people coming and going that I had been waiting prior to. I was told that they were working as fast as they could, which I understood. I was then told they could get me by 10:30. I go back and wait. 10:30 comes around, I watch them come and get several vehicles. Coming up on 11am, I go back in and ask the manager on duty what was going on. He said that the other customers were getting tires, etc. I asked if there was only one guy doing just alignments, why hadn't he come to get my vehicle yet? The manager said, because he needed him to do other things. I simply asked him if I had been waiting since 8am and it was now 11am, why not have the guy complete my alignment before doing other walkin services? The manager was very stand offish and cracking his knuckles while talking to me, which appeared to be an attempt to bait me into a fight. I basically had to leave that day as well without the alignment being complete. This was the last available attempt to complete the alignment before it expired on 11/19/23. I feel as if the excuses were in attempt to allow the alignment to expired. Several attempts to reach corporate for a resolution have not been successful as I have not gotten my calls returned.

      Went in to get a tune up and it did not fix the problem so I went to a dealership and was told the sparkpug wires were never changed. Went to an auto shop and got the wires replaced and it fixed the problem,I want my money back from Belle Tire for the tune up that was not completed.

      Went into Belle Tire seeking an alignment check, and two wheels to be balanced. I asked specifically to get the alignment checked, and then check with me with the sheet so I could make a decision on whether it was needed or not. During the work on my vehicle, a brake hose was totally destroyed, rendering my vehicle undrivable.To add to this, I was never shown the alignment spec sheet, and the work was done without my permission. Looking at the alignment sheet after the work was done, there was NO way I would have wanted the alignment, the toe was barely out on the front right wheel. Furthermore, a 40 dollar alignment warranty was added without me even being asked about it, or told about it.

      My daughter went to Belle Tire on Saturday 11/18/23. She had a s**** in her tire. They pulled the s**** out and said they couldn't fix it. They told her she needed a new tire. They said they needed to order it and it would be in on Monday. They told her they would call her when it came in. Her dad called Belle Tire and talked with a assistant manager that really didn't want to discuss the issue. He claims he didn't know who looked at her car. Then he said 2 people looked at her car. Her dad asked why they would remove the s**** and just leave it and say they can't fix it. Everyone knows you don't do this. This man said they don't do this at his place of business But Yet They Did! My daughter had to keep putting air in it every time she went to drive it for 2 days. This was also a hazard for her to drive. He potentially endangered my daughter and my granddaughters lives. This is wrong in so many ways.

Normally when an object punctures a tire in an unrepairable location, we do not remove the object. However, there are times that an object can enter a tire, that looks like it may be repairable or, until the tire is removed and inspected. 

      If a tire is unrepairable, our staff is instructed to advise the customer a new tire is required. If the customer does not purchase another tire, we advise that the vehicle spare (if equipped and is safe)  be installed on the vehicle, until a replacement tire can be installed.

      10/7/2023 Do not go to Belle Tire on ********* in *******, **. Bunch of shadiness. Had a 10:30am scheduled appointment and just left at 2:45pm. About 2 hours in they told me my car was ready. Well I walked out to my car after I saw them pull it out and the same tires I drove in on were still on it! Did they think I wouldnt notice!? I had ordered the tires online and had set the appointment 3 days ago. The *** said he would walk out with me after I came in and told them. All he could say was hmmm. Then the Asst. ******* jumped in and said that they had to drive up early this morning to ********* to get my tires and they didnt discover until they got back that there was a defect in one of the tires (he had it sitting there behind the counter). Well guess what? Not even the tires that I ordered. He said I would need to reschedule and that they would have my tires on Monday (mind you when I did the appointment online and selected the tires I wanted, it said they were in stock at this location). Then after more time they said they had them and they had been misplaced and they would get my car right in. My car was pulled back in and sat up in the bay with no tires on for quite some time with no action. Then I went outside and it was parked. I went out to check and they had the tires on finally. He asked if I wanted an alignment and I said yes, but youre not charging me for it. At 1:50 I left a voicemail with the corporate office to call me. He said I would be next for the alignment after the white truck that was in there. When I saw them pulling a different car in there instead of mine I told them I was out. Got in my car and my tires were between ***** psi (my car is supposed to be 33 psi). They couldnt even do that! OMG BEWARE!!! They blamed it on being short staffed.

We have also offered to provide a free alignment for her as well (****** Value). Bringing her total discount  to over ****** hundred dollars. ********************* wants another additional ****** refunded to her along with the alignment.       We do apologize for the error made and the poor communication. However, the mistake was corrected on the day of her appointment October the 7, 2023.

      I tried calling the Manager this past Tuesday (I was told he was in the shop and couldnt come to the phone), he said he was off Wednesday, so I called yesterday and he was out for the day. I was able to reach him this morning and told him about the response from **** on BBB and how it said I wanted the alignment and the $103 from the labor. This is not accurate. When **** and I spoke originally I had told him I would like the labor off and I wasnt interested in them having my car anymore. I reiterated this to **** on the phone today. He said he would reach back out to **** and that they cut checks on Friday so a check would be mailed out to me next Friday. I told him once I receive it I will accept on BBB.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:

      I bought these tires in 12/24/22. I've had to go back twice because my low tire light keeps coming on. The first time, they told me 3 of the value stems were not installed correctly. The second time it was because the tires were supposedly improperly inflated by 2 employees that no longer worked there. I called the manager recently and he insisted I must have picked something up, such as a nail or other debris. Their business is an hour round trip for me, gas and time. I don't know how the tires have been impacted by driving around on them improperly inflated. I've also had to spend **** every time I've had to air them up myself. Also, each time, the tires all have different psi. Their ************* is obviously not properly trained, or simply don't care. I would, at the least like these tires replaced.

      To Whom it may concern,

      I have reviewed ********************** request to have his tires replaced. In ********************** complaint he states that he had to return twice since 12/24/2022 because his low tire light came on, and  keeps coming on. He states the 1st time he returned 3 of the 4 valve stems were not installed correctly. The second was because the air pressure was not set properly in the vehicle. 

      Based on the nature of his concerns, I do not see were replacing the tires themselves would resolve his concerns. His issue clearly lies in the the workmanship when installing the tires and the  Existing Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).  I believe it would be fair to reimburse ****************** for the installation that he paid for, as that is the crux of his complaint.  We cannot control the proximity of his residence to our store locations, nor can we control what people charge for air and air pressure is something that has to be maintained on a regular bases and corrected when needed.  This is outlined in the owners manual of his vehicle and the reasoning for the TPMs Systems in modern vehicles. Tires will lose pressure over time naturally. This may be more prevalent when the ambient temps temperatures change outside drastically. which is common in the Midwest.

      That does not negate the fact that ****************** had a valid concern and we acknowledge and apologize for that. Because of the trouble and the concerns, We can reimburse Mr. ******************** $103.00. He spent to have the tires installed on his vehicle in December of 2022. 

      We will wait for his response on this platform, to issue the refund if acceptable.

      I'll accept this because it's been an ongoing issue for 9+ months. Rest assured, I, my family, and my friends all now know not to go to Belle Tire.i understand the proximity to where I live, but certainly didn't expect their team in Kokomo to be so inept. I've spent 8+ hours on my days off trying to get this resolved, plus gas. The company, or more specifically, **** is all about profits over people. The reason I requested replacement was because I've been driving around on improperly inflated tires,and I'm not sure how it effects the longevity of the tires.

      Took a vehicle in for a flat tire and to diagnose a noise in the right rear wheel. We were told it would be about two hours. At 3:30 they contacted my wife and told her of approximately $3700 in problems. She asked about the tire, they said it was repaired, hung up then called her back and said it would be about an hour because the tire has not been fixed. After returning 1.5 hours later the donut was still on the car as all the tires were too, and it was sitting over the hoist. When inquiring about the time and the lack of urgency we were yelled and and then told we came in looking for a fight, no we just want our car. This is always the story with the Hartland, ** location. How did they diagnose $3700 worth of repairs without removing any wheels? Why was our car not completed within the stated timeframe?

      We are sorry to hear of Mrs. ******* experience and apologize for the wait time. We have reviewed both of Mr. and ***************** concerns with the store location and the management team. ***************** repair and inspection request required two sperate people or departments to accommodate her needs. She had requested a tire repair and an inspection of a noise while driving. The Tire Technicians would perform the tire repair, while the Auto Technicians would test drive and diagnose the noise issue. Had this been explained prior to service, perhaps this would have been avoided. 

      With regard to her estimate and the recommended repairs, the vehicle does need to have services performed. These Items were broken down and prioritized for her on the estimate provided. There was absolutely no intent to take advantage of anyone.
