AAA jumped my Audi wrong on 06/23/24 told me they would fix it and ********* for rental. Car been gone for almost two months and got it back and problems were not fixed. I try to contact supervisor and they block me and never return my calls or texts.Business Response

We have reviewed the details of ******************* concern. *************** did bring her vehicle in to our location on Saturday June 24, 2023. Her concern was the ***************** light was on and the alarm was going off while driving. We did inspect the vehicle briefly in the parking lot. Afterward the vehicle would not start. We did arrange to have the vehicle towed back to the customer's home as requested. The customer did contact the location Manager on June the 26th. The Manager offered to have her vehicle towed to a repair facility of her choice to have the vehicle inspected. Which she agreed to (transcript available). However, after making the arrangements for the customer with a local tow company, our store Manager was unable to contact *************** again. At no time did Belle Tire contract AAA to try and start her vehicle as the customer states in this complaint. Nor did we accept any responsibility for the vehicle not staring, promise to pay for a rental vehicle or cause the emergency brake light to come on, or the alarm to sound? *************** did state in her phone conversation that spent over a ******* dollars replacing the battery and having the vehicle tuned up a week prior to the 24th of June (transcript available). It is plausible that this was the start of her troubles.
We would recommend that *************** contact the location Manager and discuss the third party's findings with him. At this time, based on what has been submitted, we cannot accept responsibility for the issues *************** has had. It would also be worth while to note, that the phone number we have on file for ***************, is different from the one submitted in this complaint. I have updated her number too the account. This may explain why our location Manager could not reconnect with her after their phone conversation on June 26th.

Hello,I brought my 2014 ******************* to the Belle Tire ******, ******* location (***********) on 7-31-23 for check engine light diagnosis. I was originally told it was cam shaft actuator solenoid. Turns out it need a timing kit. I had to call the store to get updates on my vehicle that they had for over a week. I was told by ****** (Service Manager) I had to contact my extended warranty company to get the ball rolling with coverage. I did so and could not answer the question they were asking ie labor per hour, percentage of parts mark up etc. I had to call ****** and ask her. I found this odd I had to contact the company as I told ****** the paperwork was in my glove box. I gain had to call several times to get updates on my vehicle status. ****** informed me they could not do the work without a radiator flush and fuel injector flush/clean. My out of pocket expense would be $596 dollars. A week later I get my car back and get home and it over heats. I had to have it towed back to Belle Tire and was informed by ****** it was a loose hose and it wasn't their fault. My car was not overheating when I brought it in and after Belle did a radiator flush it was overheating. When I went to pick up the vehicle the store manager ** told me it was a split hose. I found this deceitful as I received two different stories. I have bought a ************ from Belle Tire and have been a customer for years. I would like the $596 refunded I paid out of pocket for the hassle of towing my vehicle back to Belle after they performed work on it and for poor customer service. I submit and email to Bell Tire customer service over a week ago and still have not heard from them .Business Response

Had we been able to foresee the failure of of the coolant tube, we would have replaced it while other services were being performed. However, we did replace the part at no cost once we were made aware of the part failure.

On August third I had service done at your shop on ******* to rotate my tires. They damaged my wheels and these damaged wheels need to be replaced. Please help resolve this. Thank you for your help.Business Response

We have reviewed the details of ************************ concerns and our location Manager has tried to contact him via phone and by email. We encourage ******************** to contact our location Manager for assistance in resolving his concerns. We were able to verify that during the corrosion abatement process, it was possible that we did cosmetic damage the wheel surface around the lug holes of the rear wheels. However, there was a photo we reviewed of a ring around the mid-section of the front wheel. That is from someone mounting and dismounting a tire. That we cannot accept responsibility for, as we did not remove or install any tires from the wheels. Again, we encourage ******************** to respond to our location manager for a resolution for his rear two outer wheels.

Went to belle Tire for a wheel alignment and my car was in worse conditions when they returned it. They also charged me $ 40 dollars extra for a yearly coverage that I did not authorized. I was also charged for a wheel balance $30 dollars and the wheels was not any better. When I call to resolve the issue and talk to ***** he transferred me to the person that help when I arrive with was *** not sure of the name and trying explain what happen the me *** decide to just hang up on me. I hate that I ever went to this place. This place is so unprofessional and need to be held accountable. I have had multiple instances where I came there to get an issue with my front driver side wheel, yet still isn't fixed. Just recently I had an issue where my car died and instead of calling a tow truck to tow it back to their shop, instead the technician who was driving it called his supervisor to come pick him up, they then left it on side of road with my blinkers on. What if I have a brand new ****** dollar car right of the lot and they just left it there and someone vandalized it. What if that happened.!!!!!!!!! They will never have my business ever again and these issues need to be fixed cause I feel it will still go on. Somebody needs to do something.Business Response

Took truck in to the belle tire at ******* and *******. Wanted a tire rotation. Tires were on the truck for two and a half years no problem. Ever since my inner rear driver side tire has been leaking. Been back 3 times. Was told all my sensors are messed up and to go back to where i bought the tires. Was told they didnt want to touch them cause they didn't want to be liable if they scratched the rims. Was told the tpm were wrong. Yet every time i took it back to get looked at the tpm said it was aired up again. And once again slowly registered that it was losing air over time. They made my tire leak and refuse to fix it. Do not use them. I know I never will again. And I will tell everyone I know to never take their vehicle to belle tire.Business Response

I went to the business to purchase four new tires for my vehicle. I wasnt able to wait a couple hours so I made an appointment the following morning. I went in and 45 minutes later past my appointment time they hadnt even pulled my car into the bay. I missed work for no reason. I even opened a belle tire good year credit account In which Im highly considering closing due to Belle tire employees inconsideration. Then another time I was told a couple hours and ended up waiting over 4 hours. Belle tire has no remorse lying to customers and waisting peoples time. In review of the details she has provided, it appears she referencing a purchase she made on 1/31/2022, and another visit on 11/08/2022 for a tire rotation. Me and my wife bought four tires from Belle tire and had them put on. no problem there. Our service rep was the assistant manager *************** asked ****** if they could put the spare tire up under the truck where it belongs. He replied no problem. I asked if they had a tire key cuz I do it's in the glove box he said "no I have a key no problem we'll get it done" and insured me it would get done. An hour and a half later they tell me my truck's done. I asked the assistant manager again ****** did you put the tire up under the truck that is my brand new spare tire and I needed it put up I couldn't do it by myself he said yes they put it up no problem and he was going to have the boys sign off so that's where he went was to go sign off he came back here's your keys sir everything's all good, I got about three quarters of a mile and people are swerving flagging me down yelling at me honking at me so I pull over one guy said I'm losing all my stuff out the back of my truck. I am a ********* so my whole business is in there. I pull off to the side and my tailgate is busted. They threw my spare tire in the back of the truck (had to be standing) and not under the truck where spare tire should go. So when I gave it some gas it rolled back into my tailgate breaking the bottom drivers hinge and everything started flying out due to a tool box being bumped over. I headed back to Belle tire to ask why they didn't tell me about the tire not being under the truck instead of in the truck. Another guy came out and started walking me to the door and then he told me he was the manager and that they would do nothing to help fix the situation or even just put the tire back. So I had to drive home not knowing if one bump was going to make my tailgate fall off and possibly cause an accident.Business Response

FREE repair scheduled on May 18th. After not doing work and given runaround. In this conversation she was still driving the said rental and repairs had been completed on her vehicle on 6/1/2023. During this conversation, I explained we will not cover the rental and **************** told me where I can go. Belle Tire did not schedule ******************** free repair. Belle Tire did not authorize or schedule **************** a rental vehicle. **************** took it upon herself to do so, and continued to rent a vehicle while hers was drivable. Belle Tire will not be accepting responsibility or paying for ********************** rental vehicle.

[You must provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.Free repair was made 2x with ********* t (repairing Gratiotsmistakes). 2 other services same parking lot witness to and insurance claim confirm. also scheduled for time period rental 18th-22nd * 17th picked up rental/dropped off keys with Belle. On 22nd. Belle had not only do nothing "needed time" lie It should have then been at Choice on 18th. Given run around, hung up on, avoid, and all mailboxes full. Random # on 4th got me answering machine of whoever **** is. 3 day original DISCUSSED 2X before 6-15-23 repair done (*** not a favor like the rudest person ***** "I'm the end of the lune" at headquarters made it seem after part order/told by **** that his boss said no more BT service??????) 29th-1st. 3 DAYS as original planned along with work request at Choice and State Farm glass replacement claim. ALL 3 shouldn't have been done by 22nd. NONE. If not working on car, why dropping off keys. I demand they own a simple mistake and pay Enterprise (plus cc interest for rental May 18th- June 1st.
I further expect main mailbox isn't "full" as @ attempt to reach anyone besides ***** *IF calls recorded and monitored. Then foolishness is recorded and from ******'s "thought you were selling it" the 2 times found car inside after saying then "do not touch" and this continuous absurdity here*** BBB I can't be only woman being harassed, belittled, ignored and put through this

brought ***** jeep into Bell Tire ******** ******** on *****************, for front end shaking while breaking, I explained in great detail that when exiting the highway on a exit ramp when applying the breaks the jeep shook badly, I went as far as explaining even at 45 mph it shook, They called and requested repairs on the rear of the jeep stating "it is the problem, it will take care of this, an ailment will be completed" when I pick it drove it home 2.5 miles at posted speed no issues, it wasn't until I drove on the highway or braking above 45 it vibrates and shakes noticably. I called after a week they said they only test the vehicles in the city posted speed 25mph. "bring it back in and ************** again at your cost" I stated I thought it was no it could be other issues, I asked why the rear repairs. thought they would fix the front" that cost $1K now they want $850 to possibly fix it again!!Business Response
