    Ordered upper and 80% lower receivers on their website, they immediately charge my CC but never shipped the items (waited 3 months) they don't respond to email, that don't answer the phone and their voicemail box is full so apparently they don't even bother to check voicemails.

    I ordered my parts on June 18th 2023. I have emailed and called numerous times with no response from this business. I have just now noticed, as of 9/27/2023, that their website is no longer available. I'm guessing that they are out of business and nobody is getting their money back.

    I ordered a products on July 20th. The products were advertised on their website without any lead time. I paid full price and my debit card was charged immediately. I have very politely emailed, called, and sent messages via their own site. They have had no contact with me whatsoever. More than two months later and no product. No refund. I would love to get an email which says product will arrive in six weeks, 2 months or something. I have received nothing. No product. No refund. No nothing!

    On August 22, 2023 I placed an online order with Venom Defense and Design LLC for one of their products - an AR-15 "Mjolnir" Billet ALUMINUM Skeletonized Pistol Grip for $59 plus $12 S&H (see attached confirmation email). The product never shipped. I sent three follow up emails to the email address listed for correspondence on Aug 28, Sept 5, and Sept 8 with no response. I also tried to call several times but the number listed goes straight to a voice mailbox that is full, so no means to even leave a message. I wish to have my money refunded and this business to stop before more consumers fall for the same scam I just did.

    I ordered from Venom Defense on Aug 11 and my order status still says awaiting fulfillment. I've attempted to contact them on several occasions in different ways, including email and messaging. I've tried to call them and they never answer and the mailbox is full. I've ordered from them before with no issues. I would like to get the product I ordered or at least some sort of response.

    On July 27th, 2023 I made a purchase of two items off the Venom Defense website using my credit card. The total charge for this transaction was $162.40. It is now September 12, 2023 and nothing has been shipped, received, or even been confirmed. I have made several attempts to contact someone by use of their website, email, and by phone. I have not been successful on reaching someone and have not received any sort of reply at all from this company. Status on website has shown "waiting for fulfillment" since date of charge.

    I ordered a product on May 23rd. The product was advertised on their website. I paid full price and my debit card was charged. I have very politely emailed, called, and sent messages via IG and ********* I have been blocked on social media by the seller. They have made zero contact with me. More than three months later, no product. No refund. I would be happy to get an email which says product will arrive in six months. But, I have received nothing. No product. No refund.

    Paid $74.40 with my card as a on line purchase and never recieved the item or any corespondance from the company even after several attempts to email them to the email on there home page and call them. When calling the number a voice mail pops up and will not allow you to leave a message. Ridiculous and no one return the emails. Please return my funds back to my card. ************

    I placed an order with this company on June 18th, 2023. Over two months have gone by now and I have yet to receive my order. I have made several attempts to contact this business to inquire about the status of my order, both through email and phone call (no answer and mailbox is full). I have yet to receive a response. I would still like to receive my order or at the very least a reply to one of my attempts at contact, but at this point if the order isn't going to be fulfilled anytime soon I would just prefer a refund.

    Ordered from company order ***** and did not receive my order. Have contacted several times by all avenues available. Phone number is never answered and no way to leave a message. Emails to not get answered at all. This company is a total scam and stealing money. Had to escalate with credit card company.
