    Have placed a few orders previously with wonderful success and loved the products! Unfortunately I placed order on June 2 with company providing tracking number and stating product shipped on June 6th. Product still hasnt shipped to this day 7/13. 2 more orders were placed, one on 6/10 and the other on 6/19 which are both stating (awaiting fulfillment) to this day before I thought there was an issue). No lead times in Red for these products were displayed on the site and also they were the same products I ordered before with great success. I thoroughly read the FAQs to make sure i wasnt missing anything since a lot of websites will have info there regarding updated lead times and essential information and it all looked good to me. I Have tried calling and leaving voicemails several times, contacting via different social media platforms, and emailing the provided email address for ***. All with no success. I have uploaded the screenshots as well for proof to validate this claim. I didnt want to go this far since I loved the products and wanted to order more, but I also see no reason in more than a month to not receive an update or any communication unfortunately. I would still love the products I ordered if possible (order #s 34924, 34994, 35149) Thanks.
