    Worst company Ive ever had to deal with. Ordered and paid for the product, they shipped it the very next day through ***** Has a shipping label created but 2+ months later **** is still awaiting items. Could be an honest mistake but when you call, no answer. Voicemail box is full so you cant leave a message. Email then 7-8 times, they dont email back. Send message via their website, no response. Worst company Ive seen and would recommend everyone to stay far away from them. Customer service is nonexistent.

    I had places a order for a 80% lower on July 25 2023 order #*****. It hasn't even been shipped I reached out to the several times to no avail. I'd like to get my order already.

    ORDER PLACED ON JUNE 27th 2023. DESCRIPTION SAID 1-2 WEEK LEAD TIME. I STARTED EMAILING THEM IN JULY TRYING TO SEE WHAT THE HOLD UP ON THEM SHIPPING MY ORDER WAS AND HAVE HAD NO REPLY.     I never received my order listed below and they do not answer call or emails. I honestly wanted to order more stuff but why would I if I can not get a ETA on the 1 part that I have already paid for? It appears that I paid $51.00 for the order confirmation listed below because that is all that I have received from Venom as of today. I guess I got bit by the snake on Sat, Jun 24 at 12:22 AM .     On July 14th I placed an order for a lower receiver. The website said one week lead time, so I was fine with that. By 7/27 I emailed the company asking for a status as i had not received any communication from them since placing the order. With no response from the email, i called and left a message on 7/28. No response to the voice-mail. I checked my bank and noticed that the money was withdrawn on 7/27, so i decided to wait another few days for delivery. On 8/1, no delivery and no response to any of my messages, so i sent another email and left another voice-mail. Today is 8/5 and still nothing. Meanwhile, their ******** page is no longer active. This company is a fraud. Taking peoples money and not delivering or responding to inquiries. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VENOM DEFENSE! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.

    I placed order number ***** on June 7, 2023 totaling $143.20, Weeks later, the order was still processing. I emailed the company and did not receive a response. I tried calling and there was no answer and their voicemail is full. There is absolutely no notification on their website stating that they are delayed in shipping. It has been nearly 2 months since I placed the order and I have tried calling and emailing them numerous times, with no response. I have placed 2 orders in the past with no issues. I thought that maybe the company went out of business until I started receiving advertising emails from them. They have time to send out emails to attract more sales, yet they can't take care of the customers that they already have. This is no way to operate a business. I am a federal firearms dealer/manufacturer and I order from numerous companies, large and small, wholesale and retail, in the firearms business. They all ship within a couple of days. Not this company. I am very close to contacting my credit card company to get my money refunded.

    We placed an order with this company on 6/12/2023. I emailed right after the order was placed because the coupon code did not take at checkout- It showed up until it gave me the confirmation- then the confirmation had the full price.I emailed- and emailed- and emailed- NO RESPONSE AT ALL. They claim they're too busy to respond to emails- they've made a point to say that straight up on the ******** page- which is no longer. So now 7 weeks later we haven't seen a shipping notification, and still haven't heard from anyone. I don't dare do a dispute with the bank - Venom aslo says they won't sell to you (We won't buy from them again) and will take 20% as a restocking fee. I just want my product or all my money back- at very least a response to my email!

    On 6/10/23 I placed a order with this business. I have paid for the Product and received a post office tracking label on the date of order.now over a month later have not received my package.l have tried email,phone and messaging on the account page and have not had one return message all I want is what I have paid for or a full refund the business will not Communicate with its customers

    Ordered my ar grip on June 14th 2023. No lead time is to be found in red on the listing. Two message on the website via the contact us option with no response. Three emails no response either. Communication is horrible. I notice Im not the only having this issue about shipping items they have paid for.
