      I purchased a NEW Jeep Grand Wagoneer in April 2023. The A/C in the 2nd and third row works maybe half the time. Jeep has made eight or nine attempts to repair this issue. It still doesn't work. It has been in the repair shop more than 70 days since we owned it. I went through arbitration and the *** funded arbitrator sided with Jeep and said the vehicle worked as intended. We have now retained a Lemon Lawyer but *** has fought us all through this process. This vehicle is a nightmare. Jeep is unable to repair the vehicle and they refuse to buy it back or replace it. I would advise anyone to avoid purchasing a Jeep (***) vehicle. They love to sell you a $100K vehicle, but they certainly do not stand behind their products.

      I have a 2020 *********** with a delaminating leather dash that I have to see everytime I drive my $80,000 truck. 10 months ago I contacted ******* and they gave me the run-around until I gave up. Attempted this again, same situation. I have provided clear and quick information, quotes from the dealer, and have personally tried to make contact with ******* while at the dealer. Nothing is working! Seems like they are trained to make consumers give up so they dont have to dish out the money. Love the truck, but the company itself is a circus. I have less than ****** miles, this is ridiculous. I want my dash fixed and a little justice for my wasted time and effort. I have left work early to gather documents and dealer visits multiple times. How can I get my dash fixed?!!!!

      Chrysler, I feel has released a vehicle with a faulty Uconnect system. When I'm driving with apple device connected it will randomly delete itself and then reboot ***be when I restart the car or whenever it wants too.I have taken my car twice to the Chrysler Dealership that I purchase the vehicle from, and no change happen. I have called Uconnect and was told the update should fix the problem, but I have been dealing with this problem since I purchase the car in 2023. I spoke to the dealership, and they have very little confidence that they will be able to fix the problem. Last night, 09 Jun 2024, while driving my car it makes a loud beeping noise and then the screen went black but came back on a few minutes later. I have spoken with CARPLAY tech, and he worked with my cell phone to see if it needed updating and that *** be the problem, but it wasnt. I am afraid to travel in this car because I get loss easily and always use my GPS but if the system goes down, I will be so scared as to what to do. I would only hope if I called the police, I could tell them where I am located.Unless Chrysler steps up and does a LOT at this point, I'm done with Chrysler - for good. I will let anyone asking about my car and how do I like it, I will tell them its not worth the money.

      Corporation does not care for its customers nor stand behind its own product. I have currently had a truck with under ****** miles in the shop for 3 months because of their failure to be able to provide parts for that vehicle. I can buy the parts and install them myself, but somehow this voids the warranty because they are unable to do it themselves. This Has had a massive impact to my financial well-being and my ability to military retirement and begin to lean forward on civilian transition during this critical time. This is a fine example of corporations who make too much money. It will gladly take your hard earned dollars with a smile on their face, fully knowing that they dont stand behind the products that they sell. I would not spend hard earned dollars on a ********** Chrysler, or Jeep if your looking quality service, reliability, and a well built product.

      **** a 2013 Jeep Wrangler starting misfiring under ******* miles on it and come to find out the *** is bad. There is no reason that the *** should go bad under ******* miles. **** a 2004 with ******* miles on it, and it runs like a champ. Wanted an upgrade and very disappointed with the way the ************* team is. ********************** doesn't care about their consumers. I think this is the last Jeep I will ever buy!!!

      Contacted jeep care about wandering steering and death wobble Brought my vehicle in three times to ****** of Fargo for the same issue they replaced some parts for the steering, but never aligned. It said they aligned it but never did. I have proof recordings of these situations and was even informed to refill up my gas tank so they can continue doing diagnosis. Never offered me a rental car until I complained the jeep wave ******* service advisor felt my steering issues then retracted his statement. Ive been notified that I have problems with service advisors, and other people at ******, which I was just notified about my vehicle on it multiple times they said that they were gonna replace multiple things electrical issues which they said they couldnt recuperate, but I showed them video of the issues only replaced the battery not the star connectors which They said they would. They also inform me that they were going to replace the gearbox which they didnt. Jeep has been very unhelpful during the situation they replace the steering damper, which was bad maybe bring the vehicle home still did wandering steering brought it back. Then jack the vehicle up find out that drag link was bad drag Link. And never did a alignment on it, which I guess they said that they did to jeep I have video of them telling me that they never did an alignment on it which jeep is saying that they did I could go on and on about the situations, but Jeep ************* is unhelpful and take the dealer side of your safety and concerns. Ill be very careful about dealing with Jeep.

      I WILL NEVER buy another Dodge car! We bought two the same year when they had the lifetime power train warranty. They are supposed to replace any major parts like the engine if you keep it and do all the specifications. We did. Time came for the engine to get replaced, the dealership refused because I didn't have 2 years worth of oil change receipts, not part of the warranty, so I HAD to go somewhere to get a new engine, they refuse to reimburse me. HORRIBLE CROOKS!! Never again. It's a 2009 dodge charger.

      I make payments 2-3 months ahead and have since the beginning of the loan on my Jeep and every month the entire amount is posted to interest and my balance goes up. Complete scammers, beware and do not use them to finance anything

      I have a 2019 Jeep Compass it had ****** mi on it, ******************* when bad I have the dealer replace after many months the people at ******** gave me 3 case number but never reimbursed me the people just dragging they feet not to pay me I paid$1114.44 to fix it, The dealer stated I will get reimbursed. It over I month a never 1 and never 1 call back from Uconnect I email all I can do and still no response from them.

      Absolutely HORRID. My 2019 Jeep Compass blew a head gasket and the tow company originally serviced by Stellantis delivered my vehicle to the wrong dealership for service. Not just the wrong dealership, but one in a whole different city. When I reached out to have the issue resolved and my car be towed to the original location, I was cussed & hung up on by an agent and the owner of the original tow service used. Dont even waste your time with this sorry excuse of a company.
