I will never buy another Chrysler vehicle again. I will give my business to someone with better customer service. I bought a 2023 Charger, brand new, and it has been nothing but a headache. Even though it is under warranty, they are trying to get out of covering anything. Expensive cars cheaply made. Never again!

I recently leased a brand new 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Rubicon, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but trouble since I drove it off the lot. At only 3500 miles, the car needed a new motor, which took over three months to get it running again. Now, I am facing the same exact problem, and the manufacturer is not doing anything about it. They are not even offering a loaner and are just telling me to wait it out. I feel like I have been sold a lemon by this car manufacturer. My advice to others is to stay away from this brand and save yourself the headache. Stallantis, please do better with your customers. i forgot to mention this car was $78,000!!!! what a joke!!!

I bought a 2017 Ram 3500 for $60,000. I only use the truck to pull our race car trailer around in the summer and then the truck sits for most of the winter. I put roughly ***** miles on it and the front steer tires are bald on the the outside tread. I took it in to get the alignment looked at at found out that the drag link had been welded together. Come to find out that it was a Chrysler recall and welding the drag link was the fix. I have called Ram Car several times and they keep telling me that there is nothing else that they will do for me. I called the dealership (****************************** MO) and they just keep referring me to ********* Nobody will touch my truck because of the welded parts without and tire shops wont even rotate the tires for me because of the condition that they are in. I have this really nice truck sitting in my driveway that I have barely driven and I cant even use it. Im supposed to drive across the country to pick up a new race car trailer and I cannot because it is not in a safe operating condition and neither ******** or the dealership will help me. I have had the truck for less than one year and the tires were brand new when I purchased the truck. Not happy with this at all. Not only can I not use my truck but I cant even sell it with this issue!

Do NOT buy a Jeep or any other Stellantis vehicle. If you get a lemon like I did, they will do NOTHING to help you. You will get the run around until you are exhausted. Our family has been loyal customers for over 30 years and this is the thanks we get! I could write a book on this awful experience but I am not going to annoy myself with it. I just want to warn buyers to ******* anything Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler.

JEEP BUYERS BEWARE: This dealership will deny the warranty youre entitled to. I have bought brand new Jeeps for the last 21 years, and I will NOT be purchasing Jeep in the future. I would advise you to choose a vehicle brand that is NOT **** (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge) to save you from the nightmare that the Jeep and other *********** will cause you! They misdiagnosed my Jeep Gladiator problem, blaming it on pinion bearings that would not be covered by warranty due to modifications causing wear and tear on the part. I took it to a different mechanic shop, and they informed me that the pinion bearings are completely fine and not damaged at all. The true problem is the back side gears (a known and VERY common problem in Jeep ************************ Side gears would NOT be affected by the modifications, and, according to the owners manual: "Modifications do not void warranty unless they cause damage to the part needing replacement." It seems like quite the scam for the Jeep service department to be misdiagnosing a problem not covered by warranty, and not reporting/admitting the true problem, which would be covered by warranty. They are also the only major car dealership in ****** to withdraw from CAMVAP, which is a company that helps mitigate warranty issues. Steer clear of the Jeep and *********** if you want to save yourself stress when it comes time to collect on warranty!!

I had the misfortune of dealing with Stellantis; I purchased a **** Jeep that broke down twice. I was dealing with ****** Services Mis *********************, she has not not made any effort to solve the issue. My car broke down with my dogs, and I had to spend 3 hours in *********** looking for an Uber. The company that owns Lexus does not care about customers, and having people who do care about customers makes it worse. I traded in a 2023 Lexus, and I got a horrible car back that broke down. Shame on this company and this organiztion.

I purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass with ****** miles on it from a dealership. For the past year I have been experiencing my vehicle's "High Coolant Temperature" gauge with the lighting bolt and check engine light popping up randomly. I have been driving when this happens and it causes my vehicle to shut off and almost causing me to get into an accident. I will be stopped at a light, take my foot off the brake to drive and it shuts down. It can take 3-4 tries to get it to start up again. It has happened while parked in my garage overnight and the engine is cold. I have taken this to a Jeep dealership several times and they cannot figure out the issue. I was told there are no codes coming up. The dealership said they could replace a few parts to see if that would resolve the issue, but I would have to pay for it, even though I have a extended warranty that covered everything but brake pads and rotors. At one point they had my vehicle for 2 weeks trying to replicate the issue. I have put in multiple complaints to Mopar/Jeep and I keep getting told a specialist will call me back and they never do. Then I am told to take it back to the dealer, but they won't supply a vehicle for me to drive while it is in the shop. I have almost been rear-ended over 5 times because of this issue. My biggest concern is Jeep doesn't care that this is a huge safety issue. They could care less that myself and my kids ride in this vehicle and at any point we could get into a horrible accident. They need to make this right! Either fix the problem or repurchase it back! If I could give Jeep a negative 100, I would! Very unsatisfied customer and I will never purchase another Jeep again!

2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara On 12/5/2023 I took my Jeep to *************** Chrysler Dodge in *********** for an oil change. I was informed the technician heard a noise coming from the right side of the engine. The engine repair was done at a cost of $3919.19 (RO Number 729037).On 12/14/2023 I returned to ***************. The operation of the jeep was not the same as when I brought it in for the oil change. There was additional vibration and noise I did not have before I brought it in for the oil change. After further investigation it was determined I needed a new engine. The new engine installation cost $11,579.25 (RO 729507)On 12/15/2023 I submitted a goodwill claim (********) to Stellantis since the Jeep only had ****** miles. It was still below the ****** miles for warranty work. The 5-year warranty expired 10/29/2023, just six weeks prior to the engine replacement. On 1/23/2024 my Goodwill Claim ******** was denied.I was told nothing could be done because the Jeep had previously been registered in ******. It is hard to understand why the vehicle having once been in ****** has anything to do with my goodwill request and to date no one has been able to explain this to me. The Jeep was built in the **, shipped to ******, returned to the ** on 8/8/2022 through ********** to a ** dealership. I purchased the vehicle from a ** dealership. All the required documentation has been provided to Stellantis. I purchased the Jeep January 13,2023 from **** Automotive in ***** ********. I have had only two services to the Jeep both with Jeep dealerships. First an oil change at ******* Jeep in ********* on 5/18/2023. Second A Serra Chrysler Jeep in *********** on 12/5/2023 I have been dealing in good faith with both *************** and Stellantis. *************** honored my request for goodwill regarding the engine repair. I am now requesting Stellantis to reconsider my request for goodwill to cover this engine replacement given the Jeep mileage and recent warranty expiration.*******************************
