    Today is 09/21/2022 and our recycle bin was missed today during regular pick up. This is a weekly issue with this company, and they are purposely missing my trash/recycle every week or every other week. They are forcing me to contact them every week because of a missed trash/ recycle bin pick up, while everyone else in the neighborhood trash/recycle bins are being picked up. At this point i will be filing a police report on Priority Waste because they are doing this out of retaliation or some other reason being neglectful towards the dutys they provide the city, and they are purposely missing the trash/recycle bin at my home.

    My names ************************* and today is 08/17/2022. I live at ************************************************************************ and my recycle bin was not picked up today which is normal trash day every Wednesday. The company Priority Waste constantly does this purposely when all my neighbors recycle bins were picked up except mine and the people on the same side of my street were also missed. This company needs to be shut down for their reckless childish behavior and they need to do their job and pick up the trash without customers having to contact them every time about an issue. The company will constantly does this were they will skip my trash or my recycle bin and i have to then try to get in contact with the trash company to tell them our trash or recycle bin was missed. I shouldnt have to continually deal with this issue when all my neighbors in my neighborhoods trash is being picked up, and mine is not being picked up. We need our recycle bin picked up it is now 07:05pm Wednesday 08/17/2022 here and I have attempted to contact Priority Waste but was unable to do so because the customer support center was not answering.     Supposed to be a trash collection company. However they dont follow a set schedule, collect trash or allow you to contact them.

    Priority Waste failed to pick up our trash five weeks in a row. I made numerous calls and spoke with several different people who told me they would get someone to pick up. They never did. I then called our township offices but they were not able to help as we dont have community wide service with just one company. They suggested I reach out to my local city ******** page which I did. A woman on that page suggested a contact person. That person contacted me. She works in sales for the company, not at all involved with any of the customer service agents. She did get my trash picked up - which I am extremely grateful for. I thought the situation had been resolved but once again they did not show up the following week to pick up. I call her back - and she was able to get another pickup done. There was 10 days between those 2 pickups. And once again she assured me that my regular pickup would resume today. It did not. They were a no show. My **** has been paid for the quarter of April, May and June. That has been confirmed, I also confirmed that I was not mistaken as to what day my pickup day was. So on my end all is well, my **** has been paid and I have put my trash out every Tuesday night for Wednesday pickup. In the meantime I somehow got connected with the billing department and they said they would escalate my situation to their supervisor. Nothing happened. The only person who has helped me at all has been the contact through the ******* Community ******** page. Priority has now offered to credit me 3 weeks on my next **** - which does me no good because they dont ever come, I told them that was not acceptable. They came back to me via email to tell me that they cant help me. If I want to cancel I will have to pay a $130 fee. They have taken my money and provided no service. They have not fulfilled their obligation.

    I have had residential waste pick-up from Priority Waste for over a year. Priority Waste took over a small family owned company that used to service me and have been efficient and economical at first. Since the start of 2022, waste pick-up has not been consistent .... some weeks they would show, others not. I would try to call, but their office rarely picks up the phone and when they do, they put you on hold for 20 - 25 minutes. Sometimes they send a truck, sometimes they don't. Our subdivision has a strict policy on leaving trash unattended and it was a nuisance seeing it not picked up so I decided to cancel service in March as my renewal was April 1, 2022. I called several people in March to get the service canceled and never got an answer that it was canceled before the April **** was due. I even left several voice mail messages including one to a ******** ****** (3-21-22) who was supposed to be their accounting person. Never got any response. In June I finally got a hold of a ***** who told me that residential accounts can only be canceled when the customer sends in a certified letter requesting cancelation. 1) I have never heard of such an antiquated form of doing business such as this as it obviously is not a convenience to customers and is an intentional hassle. 2) NO ONE ever mentioned this to me during my numerous phone calls as I would, even if not happy with the process, have complied as I did on 6-13-22 once I knew of this. I was paid up to the renewal on 4-1-22 and because of the poor service had already signed up to a new company and should not have to pay the renewal (which has swelled to $100.53). The requirement to send a certified letter was never communicated to me on the several attempts to cancel in the month of March, and quite honestly should have been handled then and there as good business practice. I would like the $100.53 current charge to be taken off the books as Priority Waste is charging for a canceled service.

    Ordered 95 gallon trash can on May 24, 2022. PW charged my credit card for garbage can and $15 delivery fee on May 25, 2022. As of June 21st, 2022 I have still not received the garbage can. I have called multiple times and have been promised delivery multiple times. I have emailed and received no response via email. Ive asked for communication via email when I spoke with **** The average wait time each time I have called has been 21 minutes. The agents I have talked to have told me that it is scheduled for delivery but they are short drivers. Also, Accor to one rep, my account showed the can was delivered on a Sunday and she said they dont even deliver on Sunday.
