    Going on three weeks plus of no garbage waste or recycling pick up. I am a previous GFL customer and although GFL was inconsistent with their pickups, this company is infinitely worse!! I have a call into them once again with little or no customer service. Seriously pathetic!!

    Fortunately, Priority has been fixing the neglected fleet of trucks it purchased from the previous provider and the service is getting back to normal.

    Priority Waste is the worst. We have no say in who is selected as our Waste company. They will not respond to BBB inquiries. What's worse is that our township that contracted with them does not demand any compensation on our behalf. That would be macomb twp supervisor *******. Great job!

    Priority Waste is a run for profit company and doesn't care about ****************** Every community beginning 7-1-2024 that Priority Waste has serviced is looking for a replacement.We have not had our pickup sense 7-12, yes over 3 weeks. Our neighood is a mess with garbage blowing all over the place, in the yards, yes in the lakes (You would think this would be a major issue). A negative -5 stars would be an approprate review.

    This company is a scam. They always miss the original pick-up day and haven't picked up compost once since start of service. It's impossible to get them on the phone to report a missed pick-up and the online reporting service doesn't work. If you're not forced to use this company like I am due to a township contract, avoid them at all cost.

    We were forced to by the city to start using priority waste. It has been a been a nightmare since. You can only use bins, which I prefer and like the idea. They do not however empty them entirely or at all. They often spill entire cans or bag, box etc. here and there. That's not the issue, it happens but it all comes down to their leadership. This happened to us during their initial run through or training. I have this on camera with sound. The employees front bin was pretty full and it was windy out. A few of our bags and boxes spilled out. The employee got out of the truck to pick it up. What I can only assume was his training manager behind him in a pick up truck told him to get back in the truck it's not our responsibility anymore, and he did as he was told. This was in front of his truck which he proceeded to run over. Quantity not quality is the mentality with this company. The driver wanted to do the right thing and his leadership told him not to. Boots on the ground employees are great, they always have been. It's their leadership who and front office employees who are the problem. Garbage companies greed and arrogance is why they fail and/or end up in jail.

    They dont deserve any stars the customer service is awful from the corporate office. No rides around to ensure the trash is actually picked up they just rely upon cameras and gps ???? this company is a joke Gfl was bad but they actually cared for the most part and at least you were able speak with someone

    Unfortunately, I have to give one star, they dont deserve any. We have missed our garbage pick up two weeks in a row, its hot out and the smell is horrendous. When you call them, you get transferred to a digital message that says someone log your call and they will call you back. No one has called me back since Tuesday, it is now Friday.!*** from this company, search out anybody else you can, but I would never do business with them. Canceling my service.

    Three weeks into taking over trash removal for ******************, and they continue to miss one or more items on the scheduled pick up day each week. In the news, Priority claims it is due to the number of trucks purchased from GFL being broken down. Guess Priority doesn't know how to write a contract that states the trucks being purchased must be in working condition. Isn't just *********, every community they have taken over the routes for are having problems. Will the customer see any reduction in bill for the lackluster service, not a chance.

    I'm currently waiting ON HOLD for now 1 hour and 10 min PLUS, and they have also been unresponsive on their live chat. I simply want to know why my recycling pickup hasn't happened when they've had 5 days to pick it up. This is unacceptable and since they're new to servicing my city, you'd think they'd be more on top of it to leave a good impression. My tax dollars and actual dollars for recycling service were better spent with previous companies. Totally unacceptable customer service.

    AWFUL! I paid for years for recycling that wasn't even being done. I literally watched the men dump my recycling into the trash part of the garbage truck. They always threw our cans in the middle of my driveway and could not even get in, plus I live on a busy road. Paid and arm and a leg for garbage cans. I am done. Back to Waste Management.

    Priority doesn't mix loads and on a busy road the service person tries to keep the can off the edge of the roadway. Sorry for the inconvenience.
