    I purchased what I anticipated to be a brand new 95 gallon trash can from Priority Waste for $136.81. The trash can was filthy, and the wheel fell off into the trash truck the first time I used it. I called them 6 times and had 18 txts messages from them over the last 7 weeks. The other wheel fell off, and they promised to make it right. Promise after promise after promise was broken. I just called a wonderful veterans-run junk removal service to pick it up as the trash can I spent $136.81 on is unusable.Priority Waste has no integrity. They bid low to get your community government to hire them, and then they treat their customers badly. I would recommend extreme caution to any community government planning to hire them.

    Priority services 1.1 million pickups a week and can replacement is part of maintenance programs. If the wheel fell off that early on into a replacement is was probably a defective clip, but I'm not sure this far removed from the date, but I imagine that issues has been resolved.

    This company has been great! I absolutely love our ************. My three year old is obsessed with the garbage truck and the guys honking and waving. The two guys that come to our neighborhood go above and beyond. Every Thursday when they pull into our neighborhood we go outside and wait for them; they come over and talk to him, honk when pulling up and driving away and never complain or make it seem like we are holding them up. I cannot say enough about our garbage men!

    Horrible company and even worse customer service. Signed up with *********************** for ou garbage pickupand recycling. Recycling is an extra charge that I dont mind paying....if thats what I really get! On 3 occasions I watched them dump my recycling in with the garbage. So, I called to see if the garbge and recycling trucks are seperate and was told: "yes, most difinitely always separate trucks". I then told them what I witnessed and was told that should not happen and a supervisor would call me back. after numous more phone calls I finnally spoke with someone who told me that I would be credited for 3 weeks. They never said that the problem would be corrected. After 30 days passed and I never recieved the credit we decided to swith to Waste Manegment and called to cancell. The person on the phone stated that I could not as I had signed a contract. When I told them that they had not fulfilled their end of the contract they agreed to let me cancell. A week later they billed my credit card for 90 more days. After calling numous more times to get a refund and each time being told that they would have to speak to a supervisor, whom would call me back (never happened), I demanded to speak with someone else. The girl (*******) patched me to a number that just kept ringing. So, I called back and spoke with ******* again. She stated that no supervisors worked in her building and that she did not have a phone number for them either (great management if true). She also at this point tried to say that they sort the garbage/recycling after the truck. When I pointed out that her "supervisor" had said that never happens and asked,why would I be told two different things, she had no answer. At this point she transfered me to her voicemail. I called back again, And miraculosly she was able to speak to her supervisor (I dont know how since she is in a different building and apparently doesnt have a phone). Supposedly they are issuing me a refund.....we will see!

    Need better office staff and drivers should not have to experience Crappy equipment And have someone talk to them with out respecting them ***** location on 6 mile needs a better operator who runs the driver she doesnt care about the truckers and there safety shes more worried about the Dash camera more then how the trucks works !!! The equipment needs to be evaluated by the law its dangerous and its unsafe for the drivers and everyone else

    Crappy, just Crappy. On hold for ***** min. EVERY TIME. Operators don't take notes, several calls for same issue, operator always says "I don't see any notes on the account about that". Missed pickups, odd hours, quarterly price increases. No way out of contract without penalty, even if they don't provide the service and price agreed upon. !!!STAY AWAY!!!!

    The commercial accounts servicing area has a current hold time of less than 2 minutes and regularly achieves a n average hold time of less than 30 seconds. I'm not sure about this date, but our dashboarding of performance shows we are an industry leader of customer service.

    I had the worst experience ever. They brought me a dumpster that was rotted all along the bottom of the dumpster. They are very rude to deal with. They made a large hole in my driveway and will not repair it. Everytime you try to call them you never get an answer! They brought me a new dumpster a week later and wanted to charge me a fee for their rusted out dumpster.

    They took over in ******** and the service is awful. Late, call for special pick up and wait on hold for 5 minutes until phone rings, then nobody answers. They need to be replaced. ******.

    Unfortunate call hold incident, but the service in ******** is excellent, They have renewed with Priority for several more years.
