      2019 **** F150 with ****** miles having to spend 8000$ on a new transmission because **** will not stand behind there shabby design and work do not buy a **** product

      I received Safety Recall notice 24S02 in January 2024 regarding my 2016 **** Explorer stating the A-Pillar trim on both sides of the windshield may become detached creating a road hazard. I contacted my local dealer immediately and was told the parts were not available. I have been contacting **** every few months and the latest information is the part will not be available until August 2025. The parts on both sides of my windshield have flown off so I am driving a car with missing parts. **** has not taken action to get the parts for a safety recall in 18 months. They do not care for **** owners or the safety of other drivers. I spoke to **** Customer Relations and all they could do for me is say the part is on back order and would not elevate to **** management since there is nothing they could do to expedite the process. Very irresponsible of **** to not get the part to fix a safety recall for 18 months and counting.

      Ford Motor Company Executives, management, This is to let you know how dissatisfied with a Ford product ever ! This will be the last garbage American ford I will ever own ! A Ford Mustang with crappy engine and transmission ! What are you people building in Michigan ? Is this a factory or...What ? Quality sucks, Ford dealerships suck ! We can't even buy an American made product in US any longer. Call Nielsen Ford of Morristown and see what Rick Nielsen will tell you ! They really suck, selling All Junk Fords, service can't even fix anything, ask Chris Stubble, he's been a mechanic whole his life but unable to diagnose engine problems. It's really sad to see an American company like Ford to go down the drain into sewer...Contact me if you have..

      Struts failed after ****** miles on a 2022 Explorer. **** takes your money but will not stand by their product. Absolute terrible quality and terrible customer **********************. Will never own a **** vehicle again.

      I am filing a complaint against **** as I have a 2019 **** explorer xlt that has transmission issues which they know but because my specific vin was not included in the list of recalls which it should have been. My husband and I are now stuck paying for a car we can't drive and we have to pay to keep it insurance and registered as we have a loan on it. So we are dishes out over ****** for a vehicle we cannot drive. And not only does the vehicle have transmission issues it adds miles to.itself without driving it. We have witnesses to this. We had the vehicle parked for over 2wks and it's somehow added over 100 miles without being moved??? **** refuses to fix it and will not help pay for it and a new rebuilt transmission for this vehicle with labor cost is over $4000. I would like to know how this is fair to the consumer. I would like them to fix this as they know it's a ongoing issue but yet they don't care. Oh and this started when I was in the middle of 4 lanes of traffic one direction and vehicles around we're going 70mph yes that's the speed limit. I am also stuck in sc with no way to go to ny to be with my husband and children due to this. Do they carry no. I spend all day on phone trying to figure out or see what they could do for them to pretty much tell me I am s*** out of luck. Great customer ********************** ****. I will be contacting a lawyer. Especially seeing as I almost got hit by other vehicles due to this issue.

      Ditto from other "valued" **** Customers...If I could give zero stars, I would.Last week I purchased a $57,785.00 **** F250 Super duty. I went to the Genuine **** Accessory website and purchased the following for $114.00 :**** Smoke Aeroskin Hood Protector PN: VPC3Z16C900A When this arrived, it's a very cheap, flimsy POS. There's no way I want to put this junk on my brand new truck so I reached out to **** customer support to return this item. They informed me that the (unused item - still in the box is not returnable). I explained that I did not see their fine print stating this....nor did I make the assumption that this item, being OEM, would be so cheap. I was looking for either a refund, or a credit to maybe buy something else.....because the item is useless to me.They could provided a return shipper OR I'd drop it off at a **** dealership. They said they wouldn't take it back so I requested they escalate the issue and was given a case#.After 10 days with no follow-up from ****, I called to get a status. The woman (*******) couldn't have cared less. She said the previous case was closed. So their support team, after hanging up, just closed the case. When I asked to have this escalated, she said they had no process to do that and I was not getting any kind of refund or credit...the sale was FINAL! Very rude. She said she'd reach out to a supervisor, who later called and left a 15 sec vm saying no refund and the case was closed.Hey ****, REALLY?? Is this how you value your customers? Especially one that just bought a $58k truck a week ago? I absolutely can't believe how your customer support could be inept and rude. If this is how you handle a wind deflector, what happens when I have a real issue. I'm tempted to bring the truck back over this and order a ****** I'm not surprised that ****'s Customer Review Rating has a 1.16/****** Average for 259 Customer **************** clearly doesn't care..

      I have always had faith in ***** and what they stand for. Well I have just changed my mind. I purchased a 2019 **** Edge and 3 days after I drove it from the dealership the transmission went out and it had to have a total new transmission. I bought this car to have dependable transportation to get my daughter with stage 4 cancer to her treatments 5 days a week and her oncologist is 2 hours drive one way. The transmission went out while we were getting one of her treatments. Luckily the car broke down at a red light and not on the highway. So now less than a year later the engine starts idling low and keeps dying at stop signs and red lights. Its also blowing white heavy smoke from the tailpipe. I took it to a **** dealership and the put it on the diagnostic machine and it showed to have the same issue of the recalls that the 2018 models had. I called **** customer ********************** and they refuse to give me any help to get it fixed. I asked her why since its the very same issue of the recall and she just kept saying the mileage was out of warranty. Its not about a warranty its about a recall!! She wouldnt budge. I will NEVER buy or deal with a **** company ever again. Now Im stuck with a car that I have to make 3 more years of payments on and cant drive. I dont have that kind of money laying around to fix it.

      Terrible service after the sale. The dealership was also not honest. All **** cares about is their bottom line. They treated me poorly after purchasing 2 vehicles from them and will never buy **** again

      If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with **** and its customer ********************** has been an absolute ************ brand-new 2023 **** Bronco Sport (under 20K miles) completely shut down while I was driving on I-10 West near *****, **, leaving me stranded on the side of a highway in 85-degree heat. **** Roadside Assistance canceled my tow three times, leaving me in dangerous conditions for over six hours with no way to get help. *** refused to assist because it was ***** responsibility, and it was only after a sheriff stopped to provide water that I was able to arrange a towwhich I had to pay for out of pocket.Instead of providing real solutions, **** left me stranded for EIGHT days in a remote town with no rental car options, no transportation, and no way to get home. I had to personally arrange and pay over $5,000 out of pocket for transport, lodging, and food, yet **** has denied almost all of my reimbursement requests and has yet to fix the car, place me in a loaner or make amends.Their customer ********************** has been a complete nightmare. Even now, they have done nothing to make things right.When I called Camelback **** for help, ***** the Director said "When do you think the car becomes your responsibility to fix?" I answered "After the warranty", he said "I only sold you the car, not the warranty"DO NOT TRUST **** WITH YOUR SAFETY OR YOUR MONEY!!!!If a brand-new car can fail this severely and the company refuses to stand behind it, imagine what theyll do if it happens to you. ***** **** at all costs!
