      I have grown up around **** trucks (yes lower case "f" because its not worthy of a capital "f") my whole life. I traded my 2011 F-150 in for a 2017 F-150 3.5 ecoboost sport with low miles. After I purchased it, an O2 sensor needed to be replaced the second I drove it off the lot. I paid 18k for the truck, and have since had to put in 13k in fixes.... timing chain, front differential, exhaust, and NOW both IWE's and an axle bearing. Plus, the cable on my passenger door is stuck and wont even let my door close.... I have never had so many issues with a vehicle in my life. The only **** I would ever buy again would be 80's-90's.Steer clear of **** if you can.

      I took my car in a year and a half ago to have something fixed; engine running rough, slow to accelerate and engine hesitation. They fixed the one thing that was bothering covered under my warranty and it did nothing. I never took it back because of trust, I didnt. Than this month I got a customer satisfaction program letter and my car is having all the issues listed and more for what the problem is and can case, canister plunger valve (gas smell that is not listed in the letter but my car has it & known issues with a bad CPV. So here I am finally I can get it fixed and feel safe driving my car again and nope! They are now refusing to fix it because my check engine light is not on. What the heck! My car needs to be fixed so I can drive it safely. They flat out know there is a problem and they wont fix it. I will never buy from **** again.

      Dont buy the Mach E!!! I ordered a fast charging adapter from **** for my 2021 Mustang Mach E and I still havent received it. They have no idea when I will get it. BUY THE *****! It is impossible to charge the Mach E and the majority of charging stations in the *** without the adapter.

      I have a 2018 F150 that only has 61k miles and at 40k miles, I noticed a rattle when starting the truck. Went to a dealership and they said it is a cam phaser issue and should have been a recall due to numerous of cam phaser issues with other **** trucks. I got a price for the repair and the dealership stated it would cost me $3,281.00 out of pocket. I then contacted **** to see about any recalls and they stated no there wasn't any recalls and then **** asked how they could help and I asked if they would pay half of the repair cost and **** declined. With that low of miles, the truck should not have any major issue as such.

      I saw a mastectomy seat belt protector advertised from ford. I ordered it about a month after my Double mastectomy. It took over 4 months to receive. Long after I had recovered for most part.
      I want to know why Ford is offering this to recovering cancer patients and not disclosing that the small product takes months to receive.
      I attempted to reach out to management and AI email responded for me to call customer service. I refuse to speak to an automated system. This is a disgrace to cancer patients trying to get back to normalcy. I’m extremely dissatisfied and would like Ford to disclose accurate information. Zero stars for Masectomyseat belt protector .

      bought a new 2024 **** Ranger and haven't been able to get parts for 6 weeks. Terrible for selling a product then not having parts to fix them.

      In all my years, I have never had a worse experience when purchasing a car.Although the salesman was excellent, all he did was shuffle back-and-forth to the sales manager, who sat upon his throne and dictated all of the unnecessary costs that I was subjected to.The first car I test drove, being a bronco, was truly dangerous to drive, but the salesman said he would simply recharge the battery to make it all better! Seriously?Then, when I found another vehicle, that was more money, of course, they waited until the document signing to hit me with excessive document fees, paint, coating fees, and some kind of theft prevention fees, which was nothing more than a bogus one year insurance policy As represented for the cheap etching that was placed on the car.They refused to show me their dealer invoice until after I bought the car and for which they were all in a hurry to go home for the day and where I never received it anyway.I traded in my Jeep Wrangler, where they offered me way below market value because it had to be sent to auction, however, just this morning it was reconditioned and placed up for sale on their parking lot.This dealership is the epitome of the car sales hussle that has destroyed the auto industry in this country.I suspect that many of the positive reviews posted may have been **************, to be more Specific, below, please find the various and erroneous charges you will meet and as pre-printed on their closing cost form:*Doc fee:$689.00 (just check the internet for the Appropriate Fee in **.)* Mysterious theft, deterrent: $339.00 * Mysterious interior/exterior protection:$342.00.Shame on me for not walking out, but it was very late and I had already returned to this dealer-from the previous day.Buyer beware!

      I bought a brand new ************************** july of 2024 i was in a T-bone accident where i was hit on the passenger side door and the back of my vehicle, leaving the car totaled. None of my airbags deployed despite the fact which then left me with a neck and back injury.

      Horrible. There is a recall on the 2018 **** fusion 1.5L eco boost engine. I never received a letter stating that this was an issue and there are no ways to find out if a letter was sent. I now have to figure out how to get $8,000.00 for a new one. I am without a car and have illnesses I cannot make it to appointments, my kids cannot make it to appointments. I am now stuck paying monthly for the vehicle and unable to use it. It has taken a complete toll on me and my babies. **** tells me "well theres nothing we can do, sorry." There needs to be something done. I am figuring out how to sue for this because this is not okay. The stress is eating at me. There should be something they can do and of course, there never is. I have had my car looked at by several places for this. Now what? Never will I recommend anyone to go to ****.

      I have a 2019 F150 5.0 and since it had 30k miles I've had the same issue for over a year. With 44k they finally fixed the issue (needed new motor) and after having my truck around 10 times and over 2 months they denied me a rental and for the last 10 days they finally approved me to get one. After waiting almost 3 months and not getting a check i called back and nos they are acting dumb and no one will call me back. I've owned 7 fords personally and a couple for my business. Will never buy a **** again and will stop any friend or family member from buying another one. The worst customer ********************** I've ever dealt with and still dealing with. Just say away is all I could say
