1 starI purchased a used vehicle from classic **** of ******** ************** that was the worst mistake I ever made the vehicle I purchased lasted ***** miles not even one oil change and not even 3 months of driving and the engine blew the warranty company covered some of the repair I am still out of pocket over $2,000 dollars it is been over 6 months that I've been trying to come to a resolution with this dealership in short I've been leaving numerous messages with this dealership but nobody seems to call back I've spoken to one person in regards to this matter and he was supposed to call me back the following day after his morning meeting but this gentleman will not call me back the customer ********************** there beyond sucks!!!!!! They had no problem taking my money and not honoring any kind of customer satisfaction that's all I can say is buyer beware their sales team States they have **** certified technicians LOL that's a joke they certify cars that they don't stand behind the sad part is the classic automotive group has multiple dealerships do your research on the dealerships if it's classic owned beware I forgot one last thing I also contacted Ford motor Corp I have a claim number and this dealership won't even respond to them highly disappointedReview fromPatrick M

1 starWorst Car I have ever purchased in my life. My car has been with service department for well over a year. I have paid car payments and insurance payments on this car. I have a 2018 **** focus with only ****** miles. I can't believe the Ford Motor Company. These people won't even take care of my car payments. Brand New Car with the transmission totally gone. Covered under warranty but no parts, so the car is just sitting. I would never buy another American made car again. ***************************** and the entire crew have let me down. I'm totally disappointed with the company. Just rude and unworthy..........Review fromMaliyah V

1 starI bought a LEMON $31,000 2017 ******* MKZ with a faulty engine that wasnt on the service report nor was I told while buying. Now all of sudden Im ***** miles outside of the power train warranty and the engine blows costing me $8,000 to fix it. Ive been without a car for going on 2 months. Its sitting at the dealership because **** refuses to fix their mistake. Im only ****** miles in how could I have destroyed this engine!? I DIDNT! Theres a technical service bulletin on my exact make and model stating these exact words, Issue: Some 2015-2018 Edge and 2017-2019 Fusion/MKZ/Escape/MKC vehicles equipped with a 2.0L EcoBoost engine may exhibit a low coolant level, white exhaust smoke and/or a runs rough condition with or without an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL). Diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) may include P0300, P0301-P0304, P0316, P0217, P1285 and/or P1299 stored in powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to coolant intrusion into the cylinder. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure steps to replace the long block engine assembly. TELLING THE TECHNICIANS HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!!! How about you recall these vehicles, buy back these faulty cars, FIX YOUR ISSUE YOU CREATED, ******** This is ridiculous. Im still paying on the vehicle for it to be sitting at the dealership. Im getting a lawyer involved if this isnt resolved before summer ends! I refuse to pay for a problem I did not create.Review fromDanielle H

1 starI knew better then to buy a ***** But I fell in love with the Expedition **** Worst vehicle decision I have ever made. My 2019 Expedition is going to Carmax tomorrow. My 3 year old very expensive car has had so many major issues. To give you an idea timing chain replaced twice, transmission overheated, ignition coil went bad, faulty ac drain, 4 leaky struts, broken USB ports. Worst part is the dealership wont even buy my car from me because per their words its history. At 3 years old this car should not have any of these issues. I would HIGHLY recommend NEVER buy a ***** They do not stand behind their products. This car has been nothing but a money pit. As I am very said I have no choice but to get rid of it before something else goes wrong. It will be my last **** purchase.Review fromLion W

1 starWhen I was in the 7th grade, many full moons ago, I recall an old classmate saying, ***** Fix Or Repair Daily. Those words still til this very day rings bells. Not sure where **** misses the ball when it comes to most of ****** Vehicle Transmissions??? However, wherever U All who put together these **** Vehicles miss the transmission ball U All who put these **** Vehicles together, should sincerely go back to **** Assembly School, **** **************** **** Basic Training School, **** Transmission School, and Let's Not Build Another **** Vehicle School until We at the FORD Motor Company get it Correct with little to no flaws. As much as I like **** Vehicles, honestly speaking, U all's focus over at FORD MOTOR COMPANY should not even be on EV's, no matter what's going on with climate situations in the World; due to the Transmission Issues that plenty of your **** Vehicles experience. Focus on perfection with **** TRANSMISSIONS before constructing anything else And I wholeheartedly mean, ANYTHING ELSE. Said that to say, My **** Edge had an APPOINTMENT for something that should have taken a couple of days according to the **** DEALERSHIP. My **** Edge that's on recall due to "Transmission" was checked in on the 12th of July for 8:00 a.m. appointment on the 13th. Today, August 4th, 2022, My **** Edge that has a current car note, still must be paid, so my transportation won't be repossessed. And ************* must be paid as well. It's RIDamnDICULOUS that a Loaner Car was not offered due to this **** Dealership does not offer any Loaner Vehicles. Sad part about this, My 74 yr old husband has back to back doctors appointments due to the healing process from ************** Pneumonia. And finding transportation that will not put a hole in our pockets has definitely been stressful.Review fromTimothy V

1 starI was a **** fan for many years, but since they have started putting the 10 speed transmission in the **150s they are the bottom of the list! 2, yes 2 2018 **150s back to back with transmission issues. They have been sued over it and everyone I know that has one has the same issues and Now the local dealer is so backed up with the transmission issues they have had my truck for 3 weeks and have not even looked at it! Why am I paying for a truck I cant drive or rely on. I will never purchase another **** product. As soon as I get the truck back I am trading it in on a Dodge. Fix Or Repair Daily is a true statement these daysReview fromE. M.

1 starHave a **************************** a accident. Left side of vehicle hit a guardrail at 60 mph after being ran off road. Not 1 of the airbag sensors on that side activated. Left front bumper and rear left bumper were also damaged, still no airbag deployment. That says there is a Defect somewhere in system. Ford Motor Company in ********, ** was contacted, but got major run around from Customer Support. Contacted the executive ********************** at ******** Executive Office, they blew me off, showed me how Unprofessional they are to a ******************* Buyer.Review fromSONIA J

1 starI am continually being F@$&$ by ***** I bought what was supposed to be a new car. **** knowingly IS selling vehicles that *** have defective engine, transmission issues, oil is not reaching the the engine, Ecoboost issues, engine overheating, etc. Took car in to *********** for a check engine light November 2020 while still under full warranty. The service Tech, reset check engine light. He knew these cars had issues. 2 weeks later, when I could get in, left for diagnostic, next Morning sent a $700 plus **** for something that should have been covered under warranty. After back and forth, they would cover it and repair the next day. 1+ month later, me still driving the car, after little to no communication from Groove Service, vehicle getting worse,I took it in, and guy said he wasnt doing Sh*t for me because I used his full name on ******* he made it personal! After tears, and a few calls, and a few trips back to the shop, a 5 week loaner, got my car back still rattling, still no warning lights or messages, and a flat tire from a room they fixed! They came back and got it, sounded better! 6 months later, no error messages, Took to my mechanic, told to park the car, oil not getting to the engine again, same known **** Issue, CUS19B37! Then after more misinformation and back and forth, they picked up the car 8/9/21, took to *********************, more issues, returned 10/31/21 worse than before, tire flat, headlight damaged. Was promised a new engine, They rebuilt. Screws missing, not bolted down properly, transmission issues, steering issues, shifting issues. They didnt return calls or text! Took to my mechanic. Had Rental car for 3 months, said they would reimburse, lied! 5/2022, no messages, warning lights, took to my mechanic, engine about to seize again! Towed to **************** in May! **** is stalling. No resolution. No car! No diagnostic, and They offered $6000 for a $23000 car that I have spent over $60,000 on! **** sucks! Join the class action suit! Pick one of many!Review fromCarlos S

1 starPurchased a used 2016 **** Fusion SE 1.5 turbo in April 2021 from a used car lot in ********, ** and started having major problems with it 4 months after buying it. Was told it needed a new cam. *******. Had fuel pump replaced in Dec of 2021, ******. Car hasn't run right from these issues. Engine light on constantly. Replaced all spark plugs and coil packs. Diagnostics tests confirmed fuel pump issues and was replaced as stated. One mechanic stated I needed a new engine. I'm a retired Military man living on a very fixed income and don't have the money to replace it. Do I have any options. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
