    I ordered a pair of slides with express shipping over a month ago, and have not received a word back on where my package is. I have emailed 4 times and haven't recieved a single response.

    I wish I could choose zero stars! What a scam! I spent $59.28 on 8/3/24 and waited 10 days to contact them although their website says 3-5 day shipping. I had to send 2 messages to get a reply and was told it was warehouse issues and my order would be shipped in a week. I have messages them 3 times since then asking for my money back with no response. My son was so excited about getting these, only to be let down. What a shame to do this to people.

    I ordered for my son for his birthday. I paid for express and its been 13 days and they still havent shipped. There is no costumer service number and I have been trying to get ahold of them via email for 3 days! Literally dont waste your time or money!

    I ordered cloud sharks 5/18/24 and its August right now and I still havent received my order. They email back saying something about the order being held up in costumes. Its quite unbelievable and extremely frustrating.

    Ordered on 7/11/2024 and my product has not shipped. There isnt a phone number to call and no one responds to emails. I cannot get a refund and I do not have my shoes. This seems illegal!

    This is my second time placing an order with cloudsharks. The first time was a year ago, service and delivery was fast. I ordered a month in advance rhis time for a trip and still have not received the cloudsharks, updated tracking information or a refund which has been requested. No one will respond to my emails and I spent over $120.00.

    I ordered their sandals on May 12th for my granddaughter's birthday. It is now July 1st and they have not arrived. I have emailed their support address several times and got the same message each time - that they moved their warehouse and there were some changes in internal operations.....blah, blah, blah. Finally on June 24th, they emailed me that the order was on its way. When I checked the tracking number (a foreign company) it only states that the order was ready. I have not yet started the process to attempt to get a refund.
