    I never received my package nor can I get any update. I placed the order on 10/2/22 and its now the 22nd and I havent be able to track any package as they stated their online tracking system was down. Im guessing this is a scam from other reviews and my own experience. Sad way to take money from people. Cloudsharks should be ashamed and people need to stay away from this company and certainly do no not send them your hard earned money and receive nothing like I did. ****** learned.

Upon checking your order #*****, I see its now being tracked properly by our system and is in transitlooks like you should be receiving it at the end of this week.I do apologize for the delay in delivery. We've been working super hard to improve our logistics, and in less than a week, we'll be offering 1-3 day shipping directly from *******.     Unfortunately we had poor experience with CloudSharks . Our package was not delivered by **** on October 6th although the carrier tracking stated it was delivered to our mailbox. More than likely it was placed in the incorrect mailbox. Thus, we filed lost claim with **** as no support was given other than quoting their policy they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed by courier on delivery. So, they offered 40% off if we placed a new order. Needless to say we did not as it was insulting. At the end of day, this is simply poor customer experience for a $49 purchase that is for our daughters and resulted in my wife chasing a lost package for CloudSharks. When a customer is telling them we have not received our package and they did not do anything to help in the situation other than say it was delivered and quote their policy. If you are considering CloudSharks "Buy at Your Own Risk!" The time we spent on this was inefficient and confirmed to not do business with CloudSharks, do not recommend any referrals, and share the experience with others can be informed. In the end, we filed a dispute claim with **************** providing them all of the documentation given the product/services were not delivered. We explained the situation providing all documentation and they will investigate. They are going to credit us back our payment which is how business should work when a product/services has not been fulfilled by the seller. We do not recommend Cloudsharks.

    Hi ******,Appreciate the lengthy explanation on the service you received. Your husband reached out to me as well and we spoke regarding the situation. The situation at hand was handled by my customer service team as our systems of procedure when an order is marked as delivered by ***** I mentioned to your husband that I was more than willing to resend the order you placed, but since a chargeback was opened, I couldn't do so anymore, and didn't hear back from him after that. Apologies again about the service you received and hope to hear back from your husband soon so we can make this right for you.

    As somewhat of a review connoisseur, I had to leave a review for these guys. I absolutely love Cloudsharks. As for the slides, they are so bouncy, comfy, and supportive. Theyre extremely durable for both inside and outside wear. What I was really impressed by though, was their customer service. I accidentally ordered my pair to my old address (I just moved), and upon realizing, I immediately sent them an email. They responded the same day, and everything was fixed. They were so helpful and kind in the email, and the slides arrived safely and timely. Not to mention I love how interactive they are with their customers on social media. I know ************* can be kind of sketchy, but these guys are definitely trustworthy. Highly recommend!
