    Ordered May 7th. Order never received. Currently going through my credit card company to try to get a refund. Of course they are taking the entire 45 days to respond. Save yourself the heartache and dont buy. The scandals I ordered were suppose to be a gift. They never arrived and when I reached out to them multiple times it was excuse after excuse. They just moved warehouse it will ship in a few days they offered me a discount for my next order.. why would I order again? I never received my first order.

    Cloudsharks is terrible. Placed order on May 26th. Never shipped. Contacted May 31st. Was they would ship my order in the next couple of days. Gave me a 35% off coupon. I cant get one pair much less order another. June 4th was told it would ship out the next week then June 6th told that they had an issue with inventory and it would be 3-4 weeks until they would ship. Story after story of moving warehouses, inventory issues, staff issues, etc. So disappointing. Now to wait for a refund which I may never see. Do not buy from them!!!

    Ordered matching slides for myself and my daughter on 4/14/24. It is now 5/21/24 and no attempt to even try to send my order. I have reached out multiple times and each time I am told they will ship by end of following week. Still nothing and was told this three times so far. I almost payed them off as I did it through affirm yet I didn't get my items. At this point they should send the items and refund me as a courtesy. They did that for another customer and then it was considered resolved. Cloudsharks needs to step up and resolve this. I have been more than patient.

    I ordered my item on 11/20/23, website says it ships in 3-5 days. Over a month later, no items the tracking says its still awaiting item to ship. Have emailed multiple times and they keep telling me to wait a few more days. Ive reported to my credit card company as fraud as I dont believe this is actually a reputable business.

    They delete negative reviews. It took 3 weeks for shipping not 3-5 days. The sizes were way off and the product was cheaply made. Theyre charging a $10 fee for returns. 0/10.

    Same as everyone else.ordered in Nov 2022, never received product. Emailed customer service twice 12/26 and Jan 2023 with very reluctant non-customer focused response. Poor, poor, poor all around. Very aggravated. Christmas gift fail. Product fail. Customer centered satisfaction fail.

    Ordered from their website on 11/14/22, should have received them on 11/26. Credit card charged the same day. To date, have not received. ******** really wanted these, I reordered on 12/7/22, higher price, paid for expedited shipping. Credit card charged on the same day, should have received them on 12/19. I reordered and planned to cancel whichever order didn't arrive. To date, nothing! Texted re: November order- Response:"Sorry about the delay, you can track your order internally with this link (hyperlink). As a reference, we'll be shipping all of our products from ******* on 1/6/23! Thanks again for your patience :)" I replied: "I am confused by your reply. Are you saying these will not be shipped to me until January?"     Hi *******, your first order *********** outside of our delivery times and this has been refunded to you, please check your email. I don't see a tracking update since ***** and because I don't have an exact ETA, I have no choice but to refund you,Your second order ***** - was placed 12/7. For our orders that don't ship from our *** warehouse, we clearly state in our shipping policy of a 1-3 business day processing time and a **** business day delivery time. Your order should not have arrived on 12/19 as you mentioned, it should have arrived at the latest on 12/28 - additionally, you did not pay for expedited shipping. You paid for priority processing, in which is clearly stated on our product page that this does not ensure quicker delivery times. This ensures your order will get sent out as soon as possible. I checked tracking on this order and I'm not sure why it's saying no order found, I see tracking updates as of 12/31 for this order. Our team has been prompt with answering your inquiries as well and providing you tracking info.39272 has received no updates and I was more than happy to refund you. ***** is continuing to provide tracking updates and our team will continue to assist you if you need anything, because we're not sure why you're getting an error of 'no order found'.

    Thank you for your prompt response.I have not received an email regarding the refund of my first order and I did check my spam file, nor does my credit card account show a refund has been issued. When can I expect to see the email and refund?You are correct that I paid for priority processing and not expedited shipping. I was mistaken.When can I expect to receive the second order?Thank you.

    Placed an order with Cloudsharks on 12/5/2022. Was notified 12/7/2022 that my order had shipped and would take **** days. Here we are 12/27/2022 and my order hasn't been received. I have contacted the ****************** and they are refusing a refund saying that the order is in transit. There is no tracking information on this and their protection claim form website says there is no order number that matches mine. They are an overseas scam company.

    Hi ******, I appreciate you reaching out about this and understand your concern. I would be just as frustrated if I were you and confused as to what's going on with your order, will try to explain things in the best way I can.Your order was placed 12/5 at 8:03PM. Because it was past the business day, your order would not have begun processing until 12/6. For the items that aren't shipping from our *** warehouse yet, there is a 1-3 business day processing time and a **** business day delivery time, as per our shipping policy. Our shipping policy also states which products ARE shipping from our *** warehouse. Based on when your order shipped, 12/7, that means the latest it should have arrived was the 23rd of December. I know it's now a week past that timeframe and your order still hasn't delivered, and I do apologize. Our shipping policy states that there are extenuating circumstances where your order might not deliver in the timeframe mentioned, and these delivery times are estimates, and not guarantees. Throughout the holidays, international shipping has been absolutely insane in regards to delays and vagueness in delivery times, and I do deeply apologize about that. This is the main reason why we're shipping about 80% of our products from *******, and as of next week or so, will be delivering every single one of our products from *******. Our warehouse is located in the Miami Metro Area in *******. I checked on your email conversations with our team and they provided you tracking links multiple times for your order. Because your order is still in transit and the tracking is updating every couple days, our team could not refund you based on our policies. And in regards to the shipping protection claim you mentioned, these are for orders that are damaged, stolen, or lost in transit, in which none of those currently qualify for you. Additionally, you didn't add our shipping protection to your order when it was placed. I am trying to provide you with full transparency regarding this situation and apologize if our team dropped the ball on being as transparent as possible. I am going to make an exception for the refund on your order even though it's still in transit, please check your email. Whenever you end up receiving your order, then you have a free pair on us for the experience you had with us.

    I placed an order for Cloudshark slippers on October 13, 2022. According to their website FAQ, **** orders should arrive within 7 to 12 days. I still have not received my order as of November 13, 2022. I have reached out several times to the company and have received the same response - please be patient. The package tracker on their website shows that my item has been out for delivery since November 2, 2022. I requested the **** tracking number from them, and the **** website shows "Label Created, not yet in system," which means that **** hasn't even picked the item up yet. I have lost all faith in this company to deliver my order, and I will be asking for a refund. I would advise anyone considering buying products from this company to be cautious and to expect long delays.

    I ordered some sharks slippers for my daughter since she loves sharks. Unfortunately, I never received my order it's been since October 17th that it supposedly ships but my daughter never received anything. Don't waste your money or time on this website. I should have read the reviews before placing my order ****** learned.
