  I called Cornerstone last week Friday. ***** and ******* came out the following day my project supervisors. **** and his crew came out on Monday and did the tear down and rebuild of my chimney all in one day. *****, Efficient, polite, and fast! Thanks Cornerstone for the chimney rebuild.

  Cornerstone rebuilt our furnace chimney and the top and shoulders of our fireplace chimney. We were very impressed with the service of *****, *******, ****** and his crew. They were very professional, and the job looks great. We were concerned about a good color match between the new brick, since it is a reclaimed brick that is no longer made. ***** was able to find a virtually exact match, which is indistinguishable from the existing brick. ****** and the crew did a marvelous job in performing the work.

  I met with ***** and ******* who were so very helpful. They worked with me on getting the price reduced, They sold me on the repairs that were needed. The brick crew was very professional and they left my place clean. The entire job was completed in two days to perfection. I would highly recommend this company.

  My wife and I are very happy with the promptness and workmanship of the crew. I was listening to WMUZ last Friday and heard an advertisement for Cornerstone Custom Brick Works. I had been procrastinating about getting my chimneys repaired. I figured I should call and get on the list to get the work done. I figured it would be hard to get done this year. I was surprised when ***** and ******* came out Friday evening. We signed the contract and they were going to start Monday morning. To my surprise, they showed up the next morning, Saturday. ***** said they had an opening and wanted to take advantage of it. Also rain was predicted for Monday and Tuesday. The crew worked non stop all day. They got about 75% of the job complete. They came back Sunday morning and finished. They did an excellent job of cleaning up too! Also, besides the great workmanship, the brick matched perfectly. All in all, great work!

  Company did very good work redoing my porch, was surprised they got it done in one full day. ***** was out to give us the quote was very nice and professional! they did their best to match the original porch which was 97 years old and did pretty good. I highly recommend Cornerstone.

  Very poor customer service. I hesitate to recommend this company.We had two chimney projects with the company within 6 months, spending more than $22,000. The first job was done in early November, 2022. They said they will inspect it before winter but only came after winter. The second job was done in April 21, 2023. When the second job was completed and we've paid in full for the service, we noticed part of the chimney had some discoloration. The project manager *********************** quickly said "Oh, we missed a spot" and took pictures of it. She then said that this could be easily fixed and would be done the following day or the Monday (4/24) as we were leaving for a trip on 4/25. When we came back from our trip two weeks later, nothing was done.We called multiple times in May to follow up. The first calls to ******* went to her voicemail which was full, making it unable to accept any messages. Subsequently, when we were able to leave a couple of messages, we did not hear back from her.We called the office more than ten times and never got a live person to answer the phone. The system simply asked for a project description so that they could estimate cost of project. Messages left were not responded to. We felt like the phone was simply filtering out any customer concerns/queries which were ignored.We have paid both jobs in full and promptly and felt that we deserve some attention to our concern. Our month-long follow *** were simply ignored. Their customer service is not acceptable. I wouldn't recommend this kind of service (project or customer) to anyone.

  The crew were meticulous and very professional. Yes, there was a bit of a hard sell at first but we do believe the quality of the masonry and materials are completely worth it. ***** and ******* also worked to match the brick to the facade of our 1970's Colonial, not an easy feat for a 50something year old house. The multi-men crew also were able to remove some bushes so the porch could really stand out. The curbside appearance of our home has been transformed for sure!

  Very fast and awesome job! **** worked very efficiently redoing my wall, the clean up was 5 stars. ***** was out to give me a quote and was very personable, very good to work with. Highly recommend!

  Cornerstone custom brick came out and gave a 5 star experience. I had three chimneys, my front porch, and my back steps done. The sales team of ***** and ******* helped me through the entire experience. The install crews were prompt and punctual. Thank you Cornerstone Custom Brick! Highly recommended!
