So far for the most part things have been good. Waiting on hold for 15 minutes to reach a rep who then says they want to “place you on a brief hold so they can read the notes on your file” turns into another 15 minutes on hold and the man never comes back and then they hang up on you. This happened to me 4 times on 2 different days. Once I was finally able to speak with Ashley and Shannon things went better. I would love to speak with them again in the future and not the man who keeps putting me on hold to check my file. I believe on men were named Michael and Derek. Derek also had an attitude and talked to me like I was stupid from jump.Start New Financial

Hello Ms. ***** This is valuable feedback and will help us improve moving forward. Not an excuse, but we researched your account and we believe some of the delays you experienced were more technology related than human. We don't have any representatives named Derek or Michael but obviously you spoke to somebody and were not satisfied with the experience. At first I was very skeptical - in fact extremely! Now its been about 6 months or so and Im very satisfied and no longer skeptical. The reps are extremely helpful and very courteous; willing to help in any manner to satisfy.Normally I dont leave reviews, but because I was sooo hesitant and unwilling.Im happy to say Im extremely happy with their service, esp the monthly update..and no longer skeptical at all. Id advise anyone who is in need of this kind of help should go for it - of course after doing the required due diligence.Start New Financial
