    i had the pleasure of speaking with ******* today, and on a couple of other occasions. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. ******* is a real asset to the company; always upbeat and very professional.

    It took awhile to get in touch with someone however once I did the counselor was very nice and knew what she was talking about. She resolved my questions in a very timely manner.

    I have been working with Start New Financial just a couple months now on my debt situation, and I had my doubts but so far there has been some progress in a short amount of time and I feel they can really make a difference in peoples debt.

    So far, so good. I was slightly skeptical going into the program, but everyone has been very communicative. I started early in the year, and they’ve already made settlements with 3 accounts. Customer service has been friendly, as well.
