I was very excited when I started with them in January 2021. They came looking for me to help me with my debt. What sold me was that I would pay off my debt in 3 years. In December 2022, I pulled a credit card off because I received a settlement letter in the mail. It was originally a little over $600 and I could settle for a little over $300. My payment was then $17 less a month. A few months before this I received a letter that I was being sued for non payment for a credit card debt of $7k. I called and was told that they didn't have the money to settle so I had to handle it and had a video mediation with the creditor. I kept calling and I was being asked to pay them (start new fin) more so they could settle. I went ahead and took out a loan to pay them off. I'm still paying the same amount and now I'm being told that I won't be done paying them (start new financial) till October of ****, when again I was told that I would be done in 3 years. Now it's almost 4 years to pay off with two account that I handled myself. Paying off the loan that they didn't handle and on top of my credit suffering that I knew was going to happen but again PROMISSED, that in 3 years I would be out of debt. I've never missed a payment to them.Start New Financial

Management has completed a full audit of your program, and was able to identify a required correction. Your program is estimated to be completed by 5/31/24, not October ****. As such, your total program time will end up being about 44 months (3.6 years). You are absolutely correct that your original Enrollment Agreement estimated a total program length of 3 years and so our estimate was clearly short. We do sincerely understand and apologize for your frustration. We hope you can understand that there was/is no malintent in your program extending beyond the original estimated time frame. Our agreement with clients are based on our best efforts to meet estimated expectations. Sometimes we exceed our expectations and sometimes we fall short, but in either scenario it is the result of our best intentions. Aside from the timing of resolving your debt, hopefully you are pleased with the results of your program from a savings standpoint. Working together as a team, we achieved an average *****% settlement percentage. This is a great accomplishment. So far so good they are very flexible and have already settled one account and it has been five months. So so far no complaints, definitely worth the try.
