I'm ever so grateful to start new financial for working with me on my credit card balances for settlements. I am grateful that is that was made with Citibank and I look forward to a settlement with synchrony. ******* is awesome and was very specific in explaining everything to me. She's a very valuable representative for your company in owe so many ways! I am truly grateful to your company and to ******* who has gone the extra mile for me!

Start New Financial has been working hard to eliminate my debt. They retained a wonderful attorney to negotiate with one of the tougher creditors for me. I wasn't alone in this battle. I'm chipping away at this debt with their help. By the way, ******* in the call center is wonderful.Start New Financial

Started my program in December 2019. I had a little over $22,000 in debt the the salesman that came to my home was able to get down to just under $15,000 for 42 payments of $356/mo with a "tentative" end date of July 2023. All sounded and looked good until I logged into my account in January of 2023 to notice my NEW tentative end date is now January ****. I called and asked them what this was about and the representative stated sometimes the dates change due to then not being able to settle with the creditors. I was sold a program that I signed and agreed to and now the terms have changed and no one even contacted me. I found out by logging in to my account. After about an hour of talking I told them that I would continue to pay regretfully and feeling like I was scammed. Today I log in to my account and AGAIN see that my NEW tentative end date is now August of ****. Without any communication from Start new Financial. This would put me at 56 payments if completed at $356/mo = $19,936 when my original was supposed to be just under $15,000. Keep in mind my original debt before I started start new financial program was $22,000. So who knows is when I get to August **** if they will extend again. This is not saving me money at all and crushed my credit by 70 points when I started the program even tho the salesman said it usually only goes down buy about ***** points. Customers beware and keep an eye on your end date. Seems like they'll just keep extending if you don't pay attention.Start New Financial

We've got about 50 documented attempts of trying to contact you over the past 7+ months. Regardless, we're happy that we're in touch here and now! Please give us a call at 800-320-9083 so that we may help you understand the positive developments in your program. In the meantime, we can provide a quick update here. In May 2023, you/we just completed a settlement payoff for 55% of the amount you borrowed! We have a settlement offer on the table for your remaining enrolled account for also 55% of the amount you borrowed from your creditor. Of course we deeply respect your comments and feedback but it is difficult to dispute the savings these numbers represent. We acknowledge your program will end up taking longer than we originally estimated and we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We make every attempt to try and set realistic expectations at every opportunity. It seems in this instance we could have done better. Although the timing/length of your program may have exceeded our original estimation, we hope that will not detract from the tangible savings we have helped you achieve. Sidenote - We understand your online portal indicates an estimated completion date of August 2024, but the calculations may work out so that you are done a few months prior to then. Please do give us a call at 800-320-9083 so that we may walk you through this information. 5 starsShannon was absolutely amazing. I had some questions in regards to my account and my representative went above and beyond. To the point segment was able to deliver the news that one of my accounts was paid off. Feels amazing to know that my debt is reducing.
