I contacted Start New Financial back in November (2022) to see about consolidating my debt, first payment was made in December (2022). Here we are end of June (2023) and haven't heard a word from them. The monthly payment still continues to get pulled from my account but no communication what so ever.Start New Financial

Thank you for pointing out this shortcoming as this will give us an additional opportunity to review and evaluate our client communication protocols. It is abnormal for our clients to not receive regular touches approximately every 30-45 days. We strive to stay in regular contact with our clients so that they may always be informed about their program. We want you to be involved and to have a sense of transparency for as long as we maintain this partnership. We'll make sure to have a Support Representative reach out to you as quickly as possible, and then also moving forward in regular increments, as is the normal intended procedure for all of our valued clients. Called in to terminate our agreement. I did not receive any information regarding my account. **************** was able to inform me of the agreements made with three of my creditors & pay offs. Thank you for changing my mind & making my interaction with you positive.Start New Financial
