We cancelled our account with Mark turner by verbal and email to cancel there services.i stopped payment at my credit union cause I knew they would take it out again and I paid to stop it so they changed one letter or number to go around the system to get there money that is dishonest on there part!!! When my husband talked to me Turner he said that it would be put back in our account and it wasn't. He never stayed in contact with us to let us know what was going on and what they paid off .I feel this company is dishonest !!! Cause they didn't do what they said they were gonna do

Our system has record of your verbal cancellation of our program on 3/28/24 and then also your written confirmation of cancellation on 4/5/24. As soon as we became aware of your desire to cancel (on 3/28/24), we deactivated all future program drafts from personal credit union account. I was told this would take less time than it has. I still have a large amount of unsettled debt and it has been on my report for about 3 years now. I was told this would not be a lengthy process and my credit score would recover in short order. I just tried to lease a car and was barely able to as the accounts are still on my credit record and my credit is shot. In the very long run this might be the right path, but I am questioning my decision.Start New Financial

Hello ********** - Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns and for giving us an opportunity to respond. What you are saying is understandable. It's difficult to resolve debt and there isn't necessarily an easy path. The primary objective of our program is to resolve a significant amount of debt in a 2-4 year period of time, versus over a 20+ year period which is common for consumers trapped making monthly minimum payments. Start New Financial is not a credit repair organization. Rather, we consider ourselves a debt repair organization. While we certainly understand the value of a credit score, we lean towards the philosophy that a genuinely strong credit profile (and consequently score) starts with the elimination debt. To Whom it concerns, I had a phone call with Miss Shannon today, Wednesday, April 10, 2924. Our phone call was very cordial and professional. Shannon provided me with insightful and precise details regarding my account. She let me know to forward or screenshot correspondences that I may receive from the unsettled creditors. She continued to explain how the settlements are completed and handled. She was patient with me through my several questions. This I was most grateful for. She noticed that my date of birth was incorrect and guided me through the process of correcting this matter. Once I finished my conversation with Miss Shannon, I was at ease and felt that New Financial was truly on my side and that they are working diligently to settle each of my accounts. One account. SETTLED. What a relief it was to receive the text announcing today's settlement. Maybe a solar disturbance caused by the April 8 eclipse influenced my joy! When I talked with Shannon H. about the news, she was friendly and efficient. She gave me the settled amount and the number of payments Global Holdings LLC would make on my behalf. I appreciated Shannon's patience in answering my questions as I'm new to the process and this was my first reconciled account.
While I have watched my credit score plummet, I feel that I'm on the right path. Thanks to those worrying on my accounts.Start New Financial

Yaay! Starting to see progress and it really didn't take as long as was projected. The representative that I spoke with celebrated along with me as she updated me on the progress of one of my accounts, which was unusual and very welcomed!Start New Financial was "THE CALL" from a debt consolidation program that I answered, and I am happy that I did, ... great people, great program... Everyone Ive dealt with has been kind and professional.
