I was informed my program would be completed 2024 after 60months or more. ******************************************************************** 2023 as I was informed. This was 1 of 6-7 accounts. Got alert on credit report for collections of the Said account. Contacted ********************** New, told the last payment was rejected and sent back, but I was never informed until 2024, I was told I may need another extension. I did my part to make sure the funds were available, I never defaulted on a payment. I'm not understanding why they couldn't resolve this matter before the last 2 accounts were closed *********************************************************** 2023 to Start New . Was told by the collection company that I called from the notice that they needed to get verification that account was settled this call occurred in 2023. I'm just seeing it now on my credit report in 2024. I was told My last account was settled and last payment sent in February *************************************************************************************************** question One Main turned their collections over a ************ This is not my fault. How was this missed and why did I have to alert Start New 1st .Now being told I may not have completed program.How can this company settle my debt and then I get reported to collections. Which placed this on my credit report. My payments to Start New financial was $440 or $448 a month for over 3yrs Please help me please.Start New Financial

I was very pleased with the "Excellent" customer service I received from the representative who answered the call. She was very courteous, polite and even friendly. The program I'm on is working in paying off my debts. A program with good customer service and actually works is a great combination for doing business with this company.Start New Financial
