      They have Poor customer service and I feel I wasted my money on this, as they have denied three of our claims for bogus reasons. I would not recommend purchases this for your furniture.

      I bought a Gold Complete Plus extended warranty, cost $189.00 on a Lazy Boy power recliner I bought from ***** Oh 44667. It quit working I had **** pick it up, then I filed a claim with Guardsman. After two weeks it was fixed but I had not heard anything from Guardsman so I paid **** $150 to get my recliner back. I sent Guardsman 4 emails and after 5 weeks of no response I called them only to have them tell me, because I paid **** myself it had voided my warranty and they would not pay me one red cent. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!

      If I could give this company a 0 star I would. Buying the 5 year warranty isn't worth the money. They care just going to deny you when you call. I noticed a rip in the seam of my new couch less then a year old. The cushion on the back of the couch was ripping at the seam clearly wasn't meant to happen and they claim my warrant doesn't cover it. Then when calling I had to call a couple times to get anywhere. Then after filing the claim it took me calling them multiple time yet again to get answers. please don't pay the extra with a warranty with this terrible company Gaurdsman furniture repair. THEY SUCK!

      Terrible company!! You cant ever get ahold of anyone and no one will call you back. Have had a claim out for three months and cant get anyone scheduled to come out. Never purchase from Guardsman. Joke!!

      Worst protection plan, I have waited a year to fix a small hole and the **************** is a joke. The lady told me it was my fault, I was to call the furniture place, I told her that they said the part would be sent to my house and then to call them for installation. After I talked to her, I called the Furniture store, they said they just sent the email to them this morning after I called. I'm looking into a lawyer to ****

      We paid for a protection plan that covered a ton of things and we have pets so we were all over it. Now that we filed a claim we have been 5 weeks I to proving we have a claim. BUT one of the claims is just soilage which we are beyond. 5 weeks of photos and correspondence and back and forth. DO NOT BUY their insurance!! You will not get anything from it! A total WASTE of money and HORRIBLE customer service!I will be visiting the place we got coverage tomorrow and making sure they know this is just a scam!

      This is a fraudulent company. They do not deal in good faith and do not honor their warranty! Do not, under any circumstances, do business with this company! They had me take pictures submit damage and did not respond to the claim. I called and finally talked to someone 9 months after I filed the claim, only for them to tell me that they do not cover the item that I purchased the furniture protection plan for! I repeat. This company is fraudulent.

      This company is a scam and will not honor their contract. They also do not even get back to you to tell you they are denying claim. They deny claim on items their contract says they honor. A complete scam and dishonest company.

      We had a claim in which 1 arm of a sofa is scratched and shredded, obviously by one of our dogs. Had never filed another claim. They said not covered manufacturers defect. It was only one arm. The entire sofa was fine except for that arm. I spoke with Tatiana. She was rude and now we are out a sofa. I wish I could include a photo of the arm. I was informed this is not an insurance company only a protection plan so they are not bound by any insurance laws.

      Do not spend the money, they do not respond and it's multiple excuses and calls. I spent ******** dollars for my coverage purchase at Havertys. I have a 5 year policy with 3 1/2 years to go. I can't get them to come look at a drawer glide.I can buy it and replace it myself for *****, what a waste of money.
