      DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Extremely rude crews that botched every part of the sewage line replacement job we hired them for. Didn't answer our calls until we threated legal action on multiple occasions. Supervisor was extremely rude and unprofessional. Cost me countless hours and thousands of dollars.

      I asked for a detailed invoice so that my insurance could pay them and they sent me two thank you letters, and a third thank you letter with a gift card.They charged me $11000 to put a pipe within my sewer pipe to prevent backflow issues from tree roots. They had to punch a hole in my basement concrete floor in order to reach the pipe and my insurance company wants to know how much that costs and they won't provide an invoice. They just put down a list of activities and then the final cost which doesn't help my insurance company at all.Don't do business with this company.

      Did not receive truthful information. ***** home owner called for service, Jordan came out and attempted to resolve the plumbing issues. He explained that there was a pipe slippage issue and that she would also need a to have a liner in the pipe to clear any root issues and resolve any long term issues. Jordan explained that the cost would be somewhere between $11-$12,000. At some point Nancy’s son JR asked for an itemized breakdown and video of the drain, which was never received. Nancy was beside herself not knowing what to do she called her brother Albert to see about borrowing money. Albert was on the phone with Jordan, they tried to negotiate a price, Jordan called his boss and they came to a $9200 figure. Jordan said the next available time he had on his schedule would be Monday August 21. but any other time other than Monday he would not know when he could fit it in. (Hi pressure selling) initially he wanted $3200 down. At this point he again called his boss. Albert was not willing to put $3200 down without anybody on the job so he agreed to send his guys out on Monday as long as the $9200 was paid before the work started. On Sunday Albert called to cancel the service. Nancy contacted an alternate company who then came out on Tuesday the video showed no slippage and the pipe was relatively clean there was a non disposable towel hindering flow. they removed and the problem was solved. Cost $420. Do not use there services

These options always range in price and degree of work that needs to be completed with the lowest option being leave it alone and other options that offer a permanent solution. 


      We want every customer to feel completely in control to pick the option that is best for them, their home, and their finances. All of our work comes with higher level guaranties and warrantees so you have peace of mind knowing your home was well taken care of with work being provided by certified and qualified technicians. It looks like based on the paperwork your sister wanted to pursue a permanent solution. If another company diagnosed the issue differently than we did, we will always make it right and revisit the issue at no charge to you. 


      We take five-star service seriously and it looks like we fell short here. We will bring this to the attention of the technician and manager so they can continue to train and improve our services offered. We are sorry to hear about this and we want to ensure no one feels pressured to make any decision.

      POOR EXPERIENCE! the home had a few outlets that were not working, and the technician continued to attempt to sell us up on replacing the entire breaker box (which we declined to do), and noted a receptacle that needed "fixing", and merely replaced a wire nut, at a charge of $58.00. The outlets still are not working, the problem was not resolved, but Service Professor charged $137.00 for basically a wire nut replacement, and an attempt to sell us up on a $3500 breaker box replacement. Steer clear of this charlatan of a business!!

      Had a great experience with Service Professor in Jenison Michigan. Our AC went out right before the 4th of July. Technician came out immediately and did an amazing job going through all of our systems and keeping me informed of the issue. Ended up having to replace AC and Furnace, shopped around with other local companies but no one could come anywhere close on getting us scheduled. Went with Service Professor for new AC/Furnace, they came out and installed in one day. We had AC back in no time. Overall great experience with no issues and no upselling.

      I contacted this company to check out my air conditioner for a $49 fee. They arrived on 6/14/23 and checked out the furnace and air conditioner. Both were 31 years old and still working. Asked if I wanted to get a call for replacing both furnace and air conditioner as they were so old. I agreed because I knew they wouldn't last much longer. I received a call and a sales person came to my home on 6/15/23. I agreed to have this company replace both furnace and air conditioner. The work and people were efficient and I have no complaints about that. My grievance is that they installed a furnace that is barely suffcient for anyone's home. Efficency Rating runs from 13.8 (least efficient) to 27.0 (most efficient). The furnace they installed in my home has an efficiency rating of 14.3 which is barely above least efficient. The price I paid should have been for a more efficient furnace. The sales person did not advise me of this during our discussion. Asking them to replace the furnace is ridiculous as I know they will not. I want to advise anyone who needs a new furnace to call someone else.

      Well over a year ago. I went with service professor for new furnace and air conditioning unit. I asked for high efficiency unit and did not get that. They have been out multiple times to fix mistakes. I'm at the point that I want to trash the unit I've got and get a new. My new air conditioner Is suppose to be larger than old one but my house at this point never cools off. I'm wondering if they ever installed an air conditioner. I strongly do not recommend service professor.

      In March of 2023 our circuit box was smoldering so we found Service Professor to come out to fix our circuit box...they needed to replace the box it cost almost $4000...when we looked at the box all our fuses are all the old ones but the box is new...short story it's June 1st 2023 all my lights went out went to switch it back on but it doesn't work...I called Thursday the 1st was told that we would have to pay $199 for service (emergency)...literally told her no then ask her if it's an emergency when would they be able to come out she said the morning @ 0800...I literally said how does that make sense if we were told we were first priority...then when I called we weren't a priority because they have the service professor at another job...still going to be 90 degrees outside, and I worked 12-hrs third shift so they don't know when he's going to be here...Not impressed! I felt we were given the run around when they said we will take care of you! I will not give anyone their number ridiculous ??
