Awesome agent I worked with. Straight forward and made the process easy. This is the first time I have had a home warranty and so far, this company is one I am sticking with. Received my reimbursement check within a few days after I closed my claim. Definitely recommend this company for anyone new to home warranties or looking to switch their previous company.

******* was amazing. She went above and beyond and was knowledgeable and very helpful. I worked many years in customer service and she was an absolute 10!!! My one issue is that I live in a very, very small town and finding a licensed company is extremely difficult. I also live in a state that does not require a heating and cooling company to be licensed so why should I be penalized? This warranty company is a rip off I had a AC unit go out they said because it was old that they would only cover $175 of a $15,000 unit absolutely ridiculous because it lasted long. They penalize you for that never use this company.America's Preferred Home Warranty, Inc.

Upon investigation of your claim, I am pleased to see that we were able to approve more than the mentioned amount in your review, but you have since decided to cancel your warranty.
