First, check all the recent reveiws. I am one of MANY......I've been paying **** around $50 a month for three years now. I have had to file two claims during that time. The most recent on our boiler system that has failed. I can promise you....this company will blow your mind with how little they actually offer you on a claim. "Up to" is the very important part of their advertising. A $10K boiler replacement will net you $375 in assistance from your trusted home warranty company. My time working with this company over the years has gone comically bad. I never write reveiws, but here I am...Wasting more of my time on this company.

Hello *******,Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience, I can understand your frustration with the claim determination. Per the terms and conditions of the contract, the warranty is in place to assist with the cost of repairing or replacing specific items that fail from normal wear and tear; not all items are covered and may not be covered 100%. In addition, the warranty states that systems beyond industry standard life expectancy are at the sole discretion of the company. I am pleased that after review of your claim that we were able to approve additional funds for the replacement of the boiler. They say don't worry for break down but will leave you stranded with simple reply "Your Claim cannot be approved". I live in ********. My furnace broke just about when winter was starting. Their response was they can't approve my claim. I ended my replacing my furnace paying all by myself. I wish there was possibility to give 0 rating. Please don't opt for ****. They will be quick in prompt replacement for small devices which costs lesser than your annual premium. Please do not rely on them for big equipments like furnace or HVAC. Upon investigation of the **** claim, I see that the failed part is still under manufacturers warranty. Therefore, the new part would be provided by ********* and we are unable to assist with this claim. The warranty states that **** is not responsible for any costs due to repair, replacement, installation and labor of any covered system or part while under existing manufacturers warranty or third-party service plan/agreement.
