    The team was very straightforward and was able to guide me through picking the plan that best covers my home. They explained the new options to protect my sprinkler system and washer and dryer as well. They are helpful if you need help finding a repair person or contractor to work on projects. You should consider them if you are moving into a new home or purchasing a home where you don't know any history. The fee to have a significant repair is less than what it would cost for a plan to help offset the major expense.

    They were very helpful when I called, and their website is very thorough, the account you are able to create is very helpful it helps you stay on track, you can see when items have been paid for or if it is still processing. Payment was executed very quickly in the method that I chose.

    The best warranty company I've had the pleasure of working with. The current warranty on my house was purchased by the former owner. i had a couple of problems not fully covered and upon renewal, I've taken a more inclusive policy. All employees are friendly, patient with an old lady and informative, and took all the time I needed. I'm not excited about additional problems, but if that happens, I feel secure with this company.

    Terrible Experience. They try to play word games with you. I had heating system issue, which is clearly spelled out as a covered item. They did everything they can to not listen. This is exactly the reason you want to have a warranty but they find a way to come up with an excuse anyway. Do NOT choose this company. A waste of your time. They should not be in business at all.

The warranty is in place to assist with the cost of repairing or replacing specific items that fail from normal wear and tear; not all items are covered. As advised when speaking with the supervisor and per the contract, if a part is not listed as covered, then it is not covered. As there are many functioning items for each system, in order to keep the warranty brochure practical, we list all covered items, and limit the list of items which are not covered. Upon review of your contract and claims, I am pleased to see that on your previous warranty we were able to approve both of your used claims for the full amount minus the required deductible. Cold months are upon us, and it's important to remember to winterize the air conditioning unit to prolong its useful life the following year.     Awful company. Not helpful, does not care about you or your home, just wants to finger through their fine print and find the reason they can use to deny your claim. I feel robbed after using this as my warranty company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Upon review of your claim, I see that your contractor stated the entire roof needs replacing.     This is my first experience with this company. I spoke to a representative to file a claim for the dishwasher I acquired in my new home. I explained in detail that the door flops open with all of its weight and that it is a danger and hazard to my grandchildren. Three adults have already gotten bruised and hurt by this door.I arranged for a technician to come out and see what is required for a repair. He was a great technician and spoke with the warranty company before leaving. The company said they would give the home owner (me) a call back to discuss coverage. Great!When I spoke to a representative tonight, I was told that doors are not a covered entity and that my claim is now denied. SO- I spent 1.5 hours going through the process of finding parts and having the tech talk to the representative, just to hear that doors are not a covered entity, So I have to pay the $130 service fee with no help from this warranty company. I asked why I only learned about this now and not when I submitted a claim and was told it was up to me to find out what is and isn't covered as the claim representatives don't have all that information. I am just so frustrated that I wasn't alerted to this prior to having someone come look at the door. I have another claim in for my pool and I dread to think what they will do with that one. I was so happy to have purchased protection for the appliances in my new home as I have no idea how old they are. I am so disappointed and feel totally duped. I'm so disappointed in this first experience.

The warranty is in place to assist with the cost of repairing or replacing specific items that fail from normal wear and tear; it does not cover everything. During the opening call, the customer service representative asks general questions to verify if the part is something the warranty looks at assisting with (such as a dishwasher). No determinations are made until we speak with a licensed contractor to verify what part has failed and if it is covered under the warranty. The reason for this is that until we speak with the licensed technician, we do not know if the part that failed is a covered part or non-covered part. Often what *** appear as one issue *** actually be the result of another concern.I was able to verify that while speaking with the representative about the determination, she had advised that until speaking with the contractor, we do not know what will be covered; it was not stated that it would be up to the homeowner to figure out what is covered. I also see that she advised that she does not know the reasoning of which parts are covered and which parts are not; I apologize for the confusion during this conversation.     The absolute worst company I've ever had to deal with. They are extremely slow, no updates without repeated calls or emails. They don't want to pay claims, make it near impossible to get paid. I'm just thankful I didn't pay for their service, it came with my home purchase. Needless to say, I won't be using their service going forward.

    I would not recommend this company. They try to find any way they can not to pay a claim.I had a roof leak. We had a roofer come out. **** asked him some questions which he really wasn't in a position to answer. They asked him where the leak occurred. He told them it was where the garage met the kitchen. The leak was hitting an AC duct in the house (you don't AC the garage). If we had known this was a critical fact, I would have shown him exactly where the water was in relation to the house.Since the contractor used the word garage... not covered. Doesn't matter that he wasn't in the house or attic to evaluate the exact location. They won't trust your word on it.On a 2nd leak, they are going to pay. BUT... on one of my many conversations, I was finally told I needed an invoice to have it paid. That wasn't mentioned in the first 5 calls. Then, I was told around the 8th call that it had to say PAID on the bill for you to get a check. All of that information should be up front. It all just seems that they want to delay or find excuses not to pay.I would recommend just canceling this warranty if you have it and getting a refund.*****************

Because the warranty covers specific items, we must speak with the technician and ask questions to determine coverage under the terms of the warranty. Upon review of the claim, I was able to verify that during the initial call with the contractor, the technician verified with you that the leak was over the garage. Therefore, the warranty was unable to assist with this part of the claim. However, I am pleased to see that we were able to speak with the contractor for more information and approve the issue over the master bedroom. I was also able to verify that when giving the approval for the claim, it was advised that an invoice needed to be sent in for reimbursement; the document we received was an estimate. We have received your cancelation request and have reached out to you with more information.
