    The representative ******* was nice and very knowledgeable about how procedures work with the customer and your company. She called my contractor and his company and was able to work with them very easily! She called me back and to my surprise I would be receiving about $875 in a reimbursement after I paid the contractor. ******* went above and beyond!! I have had difficulty with other home warranty companies in the past saying that they will pay a claim only to find out that they wont pay and give me a hard time! ******* made my day! Thank you!

    Run as fast as you can away from these guys! I echo the sentiment of so many others below. This company was the worst. I purchased a house and was given this home warranty for the first year. In that time I had a faucet stop working, a leaking pipe, a broken toilet, and a problem with my pool pump. They sent someone out to look at the faucet and decided it was not normal wear and tear so they refused to replace it and denied the claim. They sent someone out to look at the leaking pipe. He came out and told me I would need to cut a hole in my ceiling to get a good look at it. I did so. He came back and then said, I would need to cut another hole in the wall somewhere else. We called a local plumber who came out and quickly identified the problem without having to cut any more holes and he fixed it. I had to pay out of pocket because the vendor they sent was lazy and or incompetent. They sent someone out to look at the Toilet and he wrote on his report that it needs to be replaced due to a crack. They company denied the claim because they said the damage was caused by physical abuse. I dont know how they could possibly decide that. That is not what the plumbers report said. It is only used by small children. There were no chips or marks or any sign of physical damage other than the crack. The try to weasel their way out of anything and make up things so that they do not have to play claims. Then they email me over and over to ask if I want to renew? Why would I pay hundreds of dollars for their home warranty only to have to continue to pay them hundreds of dollars to look at the things they should be fixing when they are going to deny it and make me pay someone else hundreds of dollars to fix it. I don't normally leave reviews, but ***** guys are criminals. I have considered filing a law suit for their dishonest behavior. They just make up reasons not to pay for what they should cover.

    The whole warranty is a scam. Had a water heater break down, the parts are covered under a warranty. The labor is not covered by the warranty, just another scam.

I see that your water heater is 6 years old and has a manufacturers warranty until 6/2029. Per the warranty Limits of Liability, **** is unable to assist with your claim.     If I could give them a negative number I would. Literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my 60 years. Purchased a house and was worried about the appliances breaking down. My realtor suggested a home warranty just in case something happened after the sale. I was told that if an appliance broke down that it would be covered under the warranty and that I would only have to pay a small deductible should I need to use the warranty. After being in thew house for a couple of months our dishwasher broke down so I filed a claim. I was told to have a repair service come out and while they were at the house they needed to call **** and explain what was wrong with the dishwasher. I paid the repair service $100 just to come out and diagnose what the problem was. They came out and diagnosed the problem, called **** and told them what was wrong and what needed to be replaced to make the dishwasher run again. The bill with the trip charge was over $900 and was filed as a claim with the company. I waited and waited and heard nothing so I called into ****. I was told that because of the age of the dishwasher, I was only going to be offered around $200 towards the bill. Not only that, but I had to have it repaired at my expense and they would send me the $200 after I provide proof that the dishwasher was repaired. This is not what I was promised. $600 was paid to **** for a one year warranty to cover the repairs should something happen. The offer was given to me by a very rude customer service representative telling me to take it or leave it. Learn a ****** from my mistake, stay away from this company at all costs to save you a lot of frustration should your appliances break down!!

I see that your dishwasher claim was approved on 11/1/2022 for $338.40 less your $100 deductible, for a total payment of $238.40, toward the covered repair or replacement of your dishwasher. On 11/8/2022, we requested a copy of the service call invoice to add that amount to your approval. However, we have not received that invoice, nor have we received the paid in full invoice and verification of work completed as required. Your warranty expired on 9/14/2023 and the claim was closed. The warranty contract states up front that it may not cover the full cost of repair or replacement.     I receive too many calls, and when I have set up a date and time to speak with someone about the possibilities they offer, they didn't call. Twice. So I will not be entertaining this company in the future.

    I do not recommend this company at all. The warranty came with the home when purchased. My husband and I decided to continue to pay for the warranty. After 3 years, we need a water tank. We make our payments faithfully every month and never had to file a claim with the company for anything. Now our water tank is leaking and they are only willing to pay $375. I pay more than that a year just for them to cover nothing. Honestly why am I even paying for warranty if theyre not even going to help pay for anything. No one has $1800 laying around to pay for hot water tank on top of paying for warranty that its just going to pay the bare minimum. So disappointed with this company and I would not recommend this to anyone. This company is a waste of time, a waste of money. I honestly feel that I should get all my money back from the last two years of paying for this service. I need a reimbursement.

It does not cover everything, and it may not cover the entire cost of repair or replacement of a covered item. Upon review of your claim, I see that your water heater has an internal leak and needs to be replaced. I am happy to see that we were able to approve an amount of $375 towards the replacement of your 18 year old unit.     Had a plumbing issue main sewer line needed replaced. Had a contractor give them an estimate and got a call saying denied because of improper installation. Warranty was purchased by the home seller. I'll be looking for a new company for coverage when the policy expires.
