1 starDont waste your money. Weve had this warranty for almost 2 years and it has covered about $600 of $5000 plus in repairs. Put the monthly payment aside for emergencies because they have all kinds of fine print to prevent them from paying a claim. No contractors in my area want to work with them. In fact, I have even had contractors state they will Charge more if they have to deal with them. Save your money!!!!Oh and when you try to cancel you have to talk to multiple people who then state we will send you an email so you can fill out a request to cancel. I still have not received that email. Beyond irate. Never again.Review fromDeAndre M

Homeowner for 8 years and have been a customer of **************************************************************, **** excellent customer service and our experience has been solid over the years. Repairs have been taken care of and we have been extremely grateful to have the coverage and will continue to use Americans Preferred Warranty for any future services. Im thankful to have had warranty coverage each time we experienced a need for services.Overtime we have had service to our AC, Furnace, sump pump, stove etc. It is truly a peace of mind to know that you have a company that will work hard for you to help with the home repairs. They also work extremely well with the contractor of your choice. Overall great ethical experience and customer support service. The cost is well worth the value to protecting your valued investment!

Dont have a lot of experience with home warranty companies. I understand that its being complicated process. However, everything that we have submitted that has been covered by our warranty has been promptly paid back and its been a pleasure working.America's Preferred Home Warranty, Inc.

It started very nice with a friendly customer support, but at the end they denied to pay for AC repair. This year I have their warranty because it was bought for me by the seller of a house. I don't think I'll keep working with this company next yearAmerica's Preferred Home Warranty, Inc.

I am pleased to see that your cooktop claim was approved for the full cost of the estimate, less your required deductible. For your HVAC claim, I see that the unit is under a manufacturers warranty. Under the terms and conditions of the warranty, we are unable to assist with a unit that is under a manufacturer's warranty. However, if you contact the manufacturer, they may be able to assist with covering the failed part. Even though we are unable to assist with that issue, the warranty offers coverage on a wide range of items throughout the home and attached garage that add further value to your warranty. This company provides EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, after calling to have my AC issue fixed, I spoke with ******* who was so very nice, patient and helpful assisting me. With the multiple questions I had as a first time home buyer with this warranty company, she was very patient, and kind thoughout the entire call politely adressing every question and concern I had. Peace of mind went out the door when the internal board and compressor of my HVAC unit went out. Before the process even started, I was told the warranty did not cover anything if the parts were still under warranty. Well... when labor is $3,000 in addition to a "free part" under warranty, it packs a punch. This home warranty did not stand up to what was advertised. I'm due up for a renewal and won't be renewing.America's Preferred Home Warranty, Inc.

It does not cover everything, and the contract states that **** is not responsible for any costs of any covered system or part while under existing manufacturers warranty.Upon review of your claim, I see that we havent received a diagnosis from your contractor. While we cant assist with any parts that are under manufacturers warranty, there may be parts that arent included in the manufacturers warranty that we can assist with. I was able to get through quickly to file a claim. The customer service was excellent. My HVAC technician did have to call them to verify his findings. After doing so, my claim was immediately approved. So far, the experience has been very smooth. At the end of the day for a 20 year old A/C system, they will help cover about 15% of the cost of a new system. I was hoping for a bit more but it is better than nothing for sure. I would recommend if moving into a home with some older systems.America's Preferred Home Warranty, Inc.
