      Absolutely horrible customer service, they are rude and unapologetic. They also have huge security issues. Most of the operators do not follow the proper procedure for verifying customer information and ensuring security.

      I been paying 400$ a month. My payment plan was 300. Now, they want 1400 $$$ How is this right?! They are stealing fraud!! How is this legal? I paid more than my monthly payments? This not right. We only have consumers as an option considering we live in a rural area

      Awful across the board. They are operating a monopoly that enables them to get away with anything. Dear Consumer's,You have been having countless issues with service lines to wrong apartment,People getting bills that are not theirs, and continuously needed to send out teams to inspect electrical service to verify. This is the lux of sag, in Saginaw btw. Not alone here. Hoping to get everyone out here to file a complaint. Your business needs a federal investigation for fraud.

      Total harassment for me to sign up for energy savings my daughter accidentally clicked on for my property. I have asked them by text, email and phone to stop contacting me, and they persist with multiple agents and multiple numbers from various locations. Bullies.

      Twice in a week no power. This company is garbage and 1 star is still to high heck even negative 5 stars would be too high for this garbage ghetto power company. If it rains no power if it gets too hot no power. Next place I go to won't have them I'm making **** sure of it. Worst power company ever. I've been all over the country but this is by far the worst experience ever

      I have been trying to use my appliance service plan. Every time I call phone hangs up. I am paying for a service I cant use. This is a scam !

      My appliance service plan stopped appearing on my bill ... after 2 months I realized it due to my bills seemed a bit low .... SURE ENOUGH they were NOT billing me for ***************** Plan. When I called and WAITED on hold while Ms. ******* "looked into it" for almost 25 minutes, she came back and said "you're good; you are covered" ... I argued that NO I wasn't ...if I'm not paying for past 2 months, wouldn't that be a GIANT LOOPHOLE for Consumers to use to NOT cover an appliance breakdown?????? Grrrrrr. .. Then she left again, leaving me on hold, only to come back to inform me that "customer care" would call me back. HUH??? I said that I wanted it resolved today since in my view, I am NOT covered. So she then unceremoniously put me back on hold - for what, I am not sure ...................

      Double billed me, took me off my shut off protection plan after 17 months of being on it, AND send me a shut off notice, all in a matter of 2 days worth of mail! By far the WORST energy company around, yet they still get away with it daily! Let's not forget to mention the $2.99 fee they now have for paying with a card. Keep on stealing money consumers!

      Was notified with a note on my door when I got home from work at 9 PM stating that my gas was turned off for work in the area never received a notice. Never got a phone call or letter in the mail regarding this issue now my family is without Gas to run my heater water heater so my family can take a shower in the morning or stove so I cannot feed my children tonight with a home-cooked prepared meal. thanks to consumers energy and their lack of preparation, Communication and managerial capabilities. would much rather prefer to buy solar panels and cut them out of my life completely.

      I paid my bill it came out twice they refuse to help me fix it ***** told me they cant do anything about it
