The crew was very knowledgeable, explained in detail what they were going to do, completed the job in a timely manner, the crew was very personable, they cleaned up the work area and the finished job was perfect. The staff was knowledgeable & helpful. They delivered from start to finish. I noticed an immediate drastic reduction in humidity as well as critter traffic. They exceeded expectations.

Staff was great, Jordan came out and I didn’t decide to go with Ayer’s in the end because another company was able to come out quicker, now I’m slightly regretting that decision but next time I need work done I’ll be going to Ayer’s BasementsAyers Basement Systems

Professional, informative, thorough. I got 3 estimates for the work I needed for my home. Justin, was amazing. He did a more thorough inspection than the others and patiently explained his findings. I learned more from this experience than with any of the others. He equipped me with knowledge and information to help me make an informed decision regarding my repair needs. 4 starsWould leave five stars but... the installation crew left a partially eaten apple in my basement. They also didn't put stuff back where it was. Also not a fan that I wasn't told prior to installation agreement that only some things fall under a lifetime warranty. The jacks used only have a 25 year warranty. Along with that you need to get a maintenance warranty for them to routinely adjust the supports etc. Overall though as long as my house stops falling apart, all things above aside, I'm happy with it as of now. Very helpful, gave me information on the issues and showed me how and best solution for my problem foundation! Being an old farm house I am super excited with the information and all questions I have they where able to answer! From the first time I called to inquire about services, to the very last day that work was complete, we were provided with excellent customer service. This is. great company to work with. Everything was explained and pictures where taken to show is before we made the decision to move forward on this project. When the Bruce and his crew got to our home they were very professional, courteous, and worked diligently to finish the project. Project came out exactly as it was explained to us, and we are going to be using them again on another project this summer. if you need foundation work basement work, this is the company for you.Ayers Basement Systems
